Never again , I walk it in and no one would even knowledge me and i was the only customer in the store.I had to get a little loud and ask them to help me please. Very disappointed.

No matter what item you order ( except donuts) you asked to pull up front and wait. Twice I have waited so long I just had to leave without the order I paid for. First time it was for coffee only! I normally like Dunkin's products but will not go back to this location. Something is seriously wrong here!

I attempted to order an iced coffee today at this location. The location was completely empty when I pulled in the drive-thru. When I got to the window , the coffee was made frozen. I was confused when I saw it so I told the employees at the window that I meant to order a iced coffee and didn't want the frozen one. Suddenly an old male manager in his 60's came to the window and told me he couldn't throw the incorrect drink away and if I wanted an iced coffee that I'd have to pay for a entire new drink and ALSO pay for the incorrectly made drink. 2 seconds after saying that he suddenly said he would give me a discount off the new drink and started saying how much he would discount. I politely told him I wouldn't pay for a drink that I didn't want and it's wrong for him to attempt to force me. He responded by saying he's refusing yo serve me and told me to leave. I was very upset and I've never been treated this way in my life. I was already having a rough day wanted to make it better with an iced coffee but instead I got an encounter with racist, irrational and weird manager that takes making an ice coffee for Dunkin' Donuts franchise personal. He wouldn't tell me his name or any information about the store but I called corporate immediately and gave the store number (#4425) . Even if he was having a bad day there was absolutely no reason to try and force me to pay for a drink made incorrectly at a fast food restaurant then refuse service.

Received a half eaten sandwich from this location very disgusted I am very grossed out by the fact they did not check the sandwich before handing it to us threw the window.

I took my family here to get ice cream and we love the flavors but the Manager is incredibly rude and seems to dislike when people come in to get ice cream. I have 4 children and she really spoiled the experience for all of us. Would not recommend this place.
Short staffed but at least they're open. Employees hustle to get the job done ??

I can only indulge rarely. When I do I really enjoy this Baskin-Robins. The folks here are patient and very glad to help. A couple in front of us they listened and offered suggestions and samples.
