Aidan not only got it right but also complimented me on how unique my choices were. 2 days later I returned and remembered my order. Awesome. I hope his supervisor commends him. Furthermore, he personalized my ice cream during a busy time in the store.

I guess they have the same training as Chipotle! They seriously under-scoop you on the ice cream (kid scoops), then look at you like you are supposed to tip them…was a big fan of Baskin Robbins, but will take my business to Cold Stone Creamery! This has happened too often to me.

I can’t believe it.. It’s feb 1st and there is no flavor of the month, we went the 1st day of the month to see if this time they have the flavor of the month because this is the four month that they don’t have the flavor of the month

Servers were very pleasant and attentive, it is just usually slow in there because of not enough workers and/or process. However the place was clean, ice cream was great and overall a good experience.

Baskin-Robbins was as busy as I've ever seen one tonight! I was only there from banana split and I still managed to get in and out pretty quick. So good service. Good ice cream! I was satisfied!
