I commend Aidan at this location. After a long day at work I just wanted ice cream. Aidan not only got it right but also complimented me on how unique my choices were. 2 days later I returned and remembered my order. Awesome. I hope his supervisor commends him. Furthermore, he personalized my ice cream during a busy time in the store.

Nicholas in Kingwood, Texas is great. My daughter was screaming for sprinkles and he immediately handed her some. Young man has potential, is kind and wonderful person. 5-stars, A-Plus, First-Class employee.

Servers were very pleasant and attentive, it is just usually slow in there because of not enough workers and/or process. However the place was clean, ice cream was great and overall a good experience.
