The portion size was average, but my gosh, the ice cream was just not good. I got the galactic brownie one and then the caramel turtle truffle. They both tasted extremely artificial and just not good. The galactic brownie one has hard bits in it, that are not enjoyable to try to eat and the turtle one had ONE truffle turtle in it. Just so disappointing!

Filthy place. Unpleasant worker. Ice cream tasted bad! 2 of my kids tossed their ice cream in the trash. Had I seen the reviews before I went I wouldn’t have gone. Asian lady bothered when we asked for samples. Never coming here again.

Ice cream is good, I recommend the Triple Mango. They also sell things like birthday candles and cakes. There's also a nice outdoor place to enjoy your ice cream. 5/5

Place looks dirty. The lady who attended to me has a weird attitude, looks and sounds angry, not sure if that’s the way she normally acts and talks but comes at the customer kinda rude. I give this location 3 stars because the cake came out good.

THIS PLACE SUCKS!! me and my mom walked in, it was not clean at all the workers were not nice at all my waffle cone bowl was stale the ice cream tasted bad.

When was the last time this place got cleaned? Inspected? It is so dirty. Tables are not clean. Ice cream toppings on floor. Ice cream is melting on your cone as soon as you get it. The staff do not greet you nor are they courteous at all. This place needs new management that care about the quality of the service being provided and the sold product. It was an unpleasant experience.

Really was the dirtiest BR I have ever been to. Bathroom was worse than most gas stations. Wouldn’t go back as it didn’t seem to have cleanliness as a priority.

Came here for cool treats after a visit to Terry Hershey Park. First visit and thought it would be easy to spot it, but drove by the place on Memorial and missed it (ha ha). Got milkshakes, one with birthday cake flavor and one with chocolate chip cheesecake and pralines-and-cream flavor. Flavor of shakes was good but they were not thick enough; a little disappointing for the first time to try their milkshakes. Have good childhood memories of Baskin-Robbins ice cream and the varieties so maybe just stick with ice cream. Friendly staff and nice atmosphere. Parking is behind the building.

I don’t normally leave reviews but for this place i’m going to. First off, me and my mom walk in around 9:55pm. ( The ice cream shop closes at ten) When we walk in there is nobody at the counter ready to assist. Eventually this employee comes up with a rude look on her face. According to my mom she was shaking her head at us..🙄 She doesn’t even say “hi.” Anyways I very clearly ask for a scoop of ice cream in a cone. Guess what she gives me? A cup. Okay fine whatever. But then when I see the price of the scoops I realize we’ve been ripped off. For three scoops of ice cream it costs over $12.. I get it inflation is a problem in the country right now but you could at least give us decent size scoops! The ice cream is tasty and the shop decorations are cute but the customer service sucks.
