I don’t normally leave reviews but for this place i’m going to. First off, me and my mom walk in around 9:55pm. ( The ice cream shop closes at ten) When we walk in there is nobody at the counter ready to assist. Eventually this employee comes up with a rude look on her face. According to my mom she was shaking her head at us..🙄 She doesn’t even say “hi.” Anyways I very clearly ask for a scoop of ice cream in a cone. Guess what she gives me? A cup. Okay fine whatever. But then when I see the price of the scoops I realize we’ve been ripped off. For three scoops of ice cream it costs over $12.. I get it inflation is a problem in the country right now but you could at least give us decent size scoops! The ice cream is tasty and the shop decorations are cute but the customer service sucks.

There are not a whole lot of options for ice cream around the area so I think this location is surviving only by being the one shop. It smells odd inside, it is so unclean and it feels old and outdated. A Jennis or Ben and Jerry’s or Van lewuen would thrive here and would make the place look better.

Walked in the afternoon and when I tell you this place has to be the most unsanitary, disgusting environment to work in. I don't know know how the owner is still in business. Restrooms are filthy and smell like dog crap, trash cans gross and disgusting. Dont come to this place unless you want a disease or virus.

I placed an online order using the code ‘Melt’ for a free scoop of ice cream and when I went in, they didn’t know anything about my order. Another customer came in also and he had an online order as well. The Asian lady that worked in there was very rude about it even after me and the other customer showed her our online orders. She quickly gave us our ice cream and pushed the spoons out to us like she was annoyed with us. I understand if they didn’t receive the order but why was she upset with us about it? This isn’t my first time coming coming to this location but this will be my last if she’s going to be rude like that.

The place smells so nice when you walk in but don't be fooled. This place is absolutely filthy. Floors, tables, windows. Don't even look behind the counter. Me and my 2 kids each got kid scoops. We all got different flavors and they all tasted sour. So gross. Will never be back to this location. Reviews don't lie.

This place needs a deep cleaning, regardless of the post on the door. DIRTY/ filthy. This place has not been deep cleaned in years. Owners do better! This community deserves better. The service and employees were kind and attentive.
