Use to work here many many years ago - if this place is still owned by Kitty, then she is a corrupt business owner. She paid employees in cash, deducted taxes from their paychecks, and reported less hours worked to IRS. Basically was taking taxes out of employees paycheck, sending some to IRS and pocketing the rest. Took me many years to realize what she was doing, but very corrupt. Wouldn't be surprised if her other business operations also have corrupt practices. But at least she used some of that money to give the shop a facelift - it was looking busted for so long.

Scam.I received a promotion B1G1 and they would not honor it... Staff was pleasant but poor management/leadership skills.

I walked into a place full of disgust and I was greeted by a boy doing my ice cream, and when it was time to pay, I didn’t know how to swipe the card and then the girl that was working with him started laughing, and they saw me struggling, but didn’t care to ask for any help so finally, when I finally figured it out and use the different card, because the one card that I was using did have money on it, they made it seem like I was broke, and they laughed at me when I was walking out the door. I would never recommend this place is filthy customer service is horrible go to the one on Scarsdale and Beamer they are much better than this one.

I love the banana royale! I have tried getting similar orders at other ice cream places but Baskin Robbins always makes the yummiest one! I also used to get a lot of ice cream cakes as a kid and the Pralines n Cream is a nice balanced flavor that most people like. Looking forward to try new ice cream cake flavors this year

Inattentive staff, loud, obnoxious music, ignorance of products.Asked for a Malted Milkshake...had to explain what that was, how to make it, and still got served the wrong thing.If you have the time to wait (because apparently, expediency is of no importance these days) Sonic can do a better job...and that's a low bar.
