Ordered a birthday cake , the cake part was not good, it was dry and blend! Tasted old! The ice cream part is fine but the cake part is not worth it! Should have just gotten only ice cream instead of ice cream cake.

A young woman named Brianna helped me and my family today. She had great customer service and did a great job with the signature on my grandma's birthday cake. I would definitely go back again she deserves a raise. Once again thank you ☺️

The staff is not friendly at all I ordered on Uber eats and my order was canceled so I called the store to ask the reason why one of the staff said they don’t do cakes on Uber so I asked him why not and if y’all don’t send cakes online then why is it there on the menu? And he just hung up on me this is so unprofessional attitude

Went into the store with my mother, and wasn't acknowledged by the three workers. was instead given glares, my mother's scoop was disgustingly soft. When it was finally my time to order I was given an attitude, all the ice cream was melted soft and looked as if it was melted and then refrozen. DISGUSTING!

I made an online order for my daughter’s birthday…. I loved their cakes because we love ice cream but this cake did not had any ice cream… it was only white stuff and bread im very disappointed I will never order one again…. And the staff were rude and not paying attention…. Bad experience had to buy another cake the next cake …. Worst place ever
