A young woman named Brianna helped me and my family today. She had great customer service and did a great job with the signature on my grandma's birthday cake. I would definitely go back again she deserves a raise. Once again thank you ☺️

The staff is not friendly at all I ordered on Uber eats and my order was canceled so I called the store to ask the reason why one of the staff said they don’t do cakes on Uber so I asked him why not and if y’all don’t send cakes online then why is it there on the menu? And he just hung up on me this is so unprofessional attitude

Went into the store with my mother, and wasn't acknowledged by the three workers. was instead given glares, my mother's scoop was disgustingly soft. When it was finally my time to order I was given an attitude, all the ice cream was melted soft and looked as if it was melted and then refrozen. DISGUSTING!

I made an online order for my daughter’s birthday…. I loved their cakes because we love ice cream but this cake did not had any ice cream… it was only white stuff and bread im very disappointed I will never order one again…. And the staff were rude and not paying attention…. Bad experience had to buy another cake the next cake …. Worst place ever

I placed an order online this past week. I picked it up on Saturday 2/18. When I called to inquire about the cookies that were to be placed on top of the cake the employee that answered the phone said the cake decorator was gone gone for the day therefore she could not provide any information. So I responded by saying that’s by telling her you don’t have to be a decorator to tell me the cookies that will be on top of the cake considering you all handle the merchandise. When I came in on Saturday neither employee greeted me only asking my name. When she gave me my order she reached over the ice cream to give it to me instead of going by the register where she didn’t have to contaminate anything. Also they weren’t wearing masks. The cake was beautiful but for the price you think you could atleast get some real Oreo cookies on top. #BASKINROBBINSYOUNEEDTODOBETTER

I have literally been coming to this location for many, many years. Sad to say, maybe I didn't even notice before but after COVID wearing gloves has become much more noticeable. I came by one afternoon and two workers walked out to take trash to the dumpster - 1 with trash bag and the other just accompanying her. As the both walked back into the store the 1 accompanying the young lady who was actually holding the trash bag went behind the counter to fix my cone while the other went to wash her hands. Even though that young lady that waited on my was not the one holding the actual bag, she did not wash her hands when she got back in the store.
Always out of flavors. Waste of time.
