Like idc if ur busy or not at that time.. u just lost a potential customer over 20 mins ! Be fr , I was going to buy a cake for my daughter’s bday since I work late ! You failed us!

Went in to purchase a cake and asked if they could add extra ganache (I was willing to pay extra) as it had such a small amount. The guy said they don’t do that, then he said they do for an extra change, THEN he said he didn’t know how and couldn’t because the cake decorator wasn’t there. Wow. So unprofessional.

me and my kids went here because it was my daughters 6 birthday her only wish was to get ice cream for breakfast, but when we went in the morning it was so dirty and the floor were sticky it was so bad i didn’t even want to get ice cream form there so me and my kids left . They were so sad that they didn’t get ice cream. That is here favorite ice cream place but be will no longer be going there anymore. 🤮🤮

Excellent service and great ice cream. I wish I had asked the Manager's name as she was so helpful and nice to work with. I came in for Beach Day and left with that, world class chocolate and a caramel Frappuccino. Without her recommendation, I wouldn't have tried world class chocolate -- but it was the best - creamy and like mousse - delightful. And I also got first class service. Thank you!

This is the 3rd time i go and they are closes earlier than what the time says. Last time they close aroung 6. Twice at 8. In Google it says at 9 but in the door it say 8:30. I dont know what time they close but if yall want to close earlier just change yalls time. Waiting my gas and time think yall close later.

Years ago I would come to the 14460 Houston, TX location with my family. Recently, within in the past month and a half, I started coming back... about 3 times within the past 1.5 months. The first time, the floor and tables were dirty. I thought maybe just a busy day. It was the same way the 2nd and 3rd time... just filthy. You can tell there is no cleaning being done. Even behind the counter on the floor, the top of the counter, where you pay... all filthy. I was the only customer and sat in the parking lot about 10 minutes before another customer went in. I thought I would nicely mention the lack of cleanliness to the "team lead", but she was very nonchalant, seemed uninterested, and her only response was "um hum". For a food establishment... the grime behind the counter and in front of the counter is absolutely unacceptable. DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE RETURNING!

Ice crystals in the ice cream. 2nd time within two weeks that the floor is absolutely nasty. Obviously no one is supposed to ever mop! Dirty shoo!

I ordered a 2 Scoop Sundae, but got charged per item. I didn’t have the energy to argue at the register, so I am writing this review so other patrons will pay attention how they are being charged at the point of sale and hopefully management will use this review as a training tool.
