The employee that served me was sweet and attentive but the ice cream was lackluster and just didn't really impress me. What irritated me the most was I purchased a bottle of soda and when I tried it, it was completely flat. I looked at the expiration and it expired almost 6 months ago, that needs to be taken off the shelf and doesn't need to be served to guests.
I know it's hard on business' to take a loss but if you don't keep track of soda expiring it makes me wonder how long everything else is allowed to run past the date it should at this place.

They made my birthday cake which I took to work, and everybody loved it. I got the ice cream cake, half chocolate half vanilla, with Oreo ice cream topping. The decor was cute and the taste was incredible. Staff here are so kind, and helped me in a time crunch. Coming back here for all my cake needs!

Without knowing the place, walking with my 4-year-old son, we entered the place. A very good surprise since they treated us excellently and very cordially. Since my son couldn't decide, they allowed him to try a couple of ice creams, always with the most cordial attention. The place is very nice, clean and tidy. The ice creams are very well displayed. Excellent product quality price. We would return again since the experience was very satisfactory.

this was great. Scoops were HUGE and not too pricey. Ice cream was delicious- loved the strawberry cheesecake, coffee, and mango flavors. Staff was also super helpful.

My experience here was quite disappointing, to say the least. After waiting longer than necessary for service, I observed the employees engrossed in their own gossip session. I had to make my presence known before they decided to pay any attention. Despite being respectful, I felt rushed during my order. I needed more than one ice cream, but the gentleman abruptly gave me my total before I even finished ordering, which left me in shock. I felt unheard and disrespected. Consequently, I have decided to take my business elsewhere.Just a word of caution for anyone considering visiting - there seems to be a lack of professional conduct and leadership in this establishment.
Went on a Sunday afternoon. 3 kids working the counter, place was filthy… trash on several tables that didn’t appear wiped down in a long time. Floor was dirty. And to top it off the kids working there were too busy yelling at each other / refusing to show each other how to ring things up to even serve the customers. Would not go back anytime soon… had to eat the ice cream in the car since the place was so gross

My son is highly allergic to peanut butter and my husband ordered him a chocolate ice cream with m&ms. He was assured by the lady there that there was no peanut butter. Mini Reese’s cups were in fact put in his ice cream. He said I just ate peanut butter so my husband took the ice cream. I then found a mini Reese’s cup in the ice cream and ate it myself to confirm it was in fact that with peanut butter inside. I called to let them know what had happened and they just would say it wasn’t in there and that the Reese’s cups aren’t with the m&ms. My intention was so it wouldn’t happen to another kid. They were not kind at all. No apology. No accountability. Now I will definitely call their manager.

The employees didn't serve me at all. This lady just ignored me and not ask if I was ready to order. So I left and went to Neveria Los Niños instead where they have great and quick service quality. I think it's worth going there instead, than waiting over 10 min and not getting served at all... ?
