Without knowing the place, walking with my 4-year-old son, we entered the place. A very good surprise since they treated us excellently and very cordially. Since my son couldn't decide, they allowed him to try a couple of ice creams, always with the most cordial attention. The place is very nice, clean and tidy. The ice creams are very well displayed. Excellent product quality price. We would return again since the experience was very satisfactory.

this was great. Scoops were HUGE and not too pricey. Ice cream was delicious- loved the strawberry cheesecake, coffee, and mango flavors. Staff was also super helpful.

My experience here was quite disappointing, to say the least. After waiting longer than necessary for service, I observed the employees engrossed in their own gossip session. I had to make my presence known before they decided to pay any attention. Despite being respectful, I felt rushed during my order. I needed more than one ice cream, but the gentleman abruptly gave me my total before I even finished ordering, which left me in shock. I felt unheard and disrespected. Consequently, I have decided to take my business elsewhere.Just a word of caution for anyone considering visiting - there seems to be a lack of professional conduct and leadership in this establishment.

Went on a Sunday afternoon. 3 kids working the counter, place was filthy… trash on several tables that didn’t appear wiped down in a long time. Floor was dirty. And to top it off the kids working there were too busy yelling at each other / refusing to show each other how to ring things up to even serve the customers. Would not go back anytime soon… had to eat the ice cream in the car since the place was so gross

My mom, grandpa, and I came to this location tonight and it wasn't good. We came only because on Facebook I saw an ad for a Buy One 2-Scoop Sundae Get One Free. As we were ordering, my mom mentioned to the worker the coupon and asked if they were still doing it. He said yes, but then explained how you have to buy TWO SUNDAES to get ONE free. That's not what the coupon said...and I will even attach it to prove it. We just said okay, but we were also annoyed. He asked if we wanted cherry, nuts, etc. on our sundae, we said yes but no cherry, and extra marshmallow topping. He gave us no nuts and barely any marshmallow topping. I barely tasted any marshmallow topping if I'm being honest. I would not come back to this location after being screwed out of a deal that was supposed to be good, but it wasn't. I also noticed they used the same spoon for each ice cream and very barely dipping it in the water to clean it off. So disgusted and frustrated with this whole experience.

Ordered a two quarts of a specific flavor and and they told me the price had doubled from their posted price since they had to scoop it. Is that not what you do at an ice cream store is scoop ice cream?

My son is highly allergic to peanut butter and my husband ordered him a chocolate ice cream with m&ms. He was assured by the lady there that there was no peanut butter. Mini Reese’s cups were in fact put in his ice cream. He said I just ate peanut butter so my husband took the ice cream. I then found a mini Reese’s cup in the ice cream and ate it myself to confirm it was in fact that with peanut butter inside. I called to let them know what had happened and they just would say it wasn’t in there and that the Reese’s cups aren’t with the m&ms. My intention was so it wouldn’t happen to another kid. They were not kind at all. No apology. No accountability. Now I will definitely call their manager.

The employees didn't serve me at all. This lady just ignored me and not ask if I was ready to order. So I left and went to Neveria Los Niños instead where they have great and quick service quality. I think it's worth going there instead, than waiting over 10 min and not getting served at all... ?

Terrible service, the person working there was on their phone and never bothered to serve me. It wasn't until other people came when they finally turned off there phone to serve. I waited 5 minutes and no one served me. The worse part was that the person saw I was there, and never bothered to ask if I was ready to order.
