We came in a little before 9:30pm on a night that closes at 10pm and decided to eat our ice cream inside. No issues. The employee's had started cleaning and putting the chairs up at the tables around us. At 9:32pm two more customers came in and when they tried to sit at a cleaned table they were told the lobby closes at 9:30. There was nothing posted about the lobby closing early. When the customers left I overheard one employee say to the other they were not going to clean again. If the lobby closes early that needs to be posted somewhere, otherwise it doesn't seem right to not let paying customers use the lobby while still open.

i come to this location quite often just because the icecream is good but the employees here are always rude and not friendly. tonight the two heavy set ladies working said something to eachother in spanish cursing at us not realizing that one of us speaks spanish. complexly unacceptable and we will not be coming back.

You can't beat the chocolate and peanut butter!!! The chocolate fudge is pretty rich and delicious also.I miss the numbers they had years ago. They came in handy when multiple groups come in soon after each other.

A week ago my wife and I stopped by to eat a Banana Royale and we really loved it so much that this week we decided to return to this same location even though we actually have a refrigerator from the same company closer to our house. On this second occasion we did not have a good experience, we ordered two Banana's Royale again, but there was another girl serving, we cannot say that her service was bad but what we did not like is that the banana was not cut well, they were a few pieces Very big and they were too uncomfortable to eat, and he also made the pieces of banana and the super small snow balls so big that instead of snow we felt like we had ordered an order of bananas each. The truth is that last week's snow has nothing to do with today's.

Running around like a chicken with his head cut off. Trying to find an ice cream cake, for my niece, went to two different marble slabs and didn’t have a good experience. With customer service or prices. Decided to come to this Baskin-Robbins and they are absolutely amazing. I was helped by James and Karlie. They were amazing so sweet so nice. I’m pretty sure James has helped me in the past. And he has always been so wonderful. Highly recommend. Also, prices were better here. ☺️
