A week ago my wife and I stopped by to eat a Banana Royale and we really loved it so much that this week we decided to return to this same location even though we actually have a refrigerator from the same company closer to our house. On this second occasion we did not have a good experience, we ordered two Banana's Royale again, but there was another girl serving, we cannot say that her service was bad but what we did not like is that the banana was not cut well, they were a few pieces Very big and they were too uncomfortable to eat, and he also made the pieces of banana and the super small snow balls so big that instead of snow we felt like we had ordered an order of bananas each. The truth is that last week's snow has nothing to do with today's.

Running around like a chicken with his head cut off. Trying to find an ice cream cake, for my niece, went to two different marble slabs and didn’t have a good experience. With customer service or prices. Decided to come to this Baskin-Robbins and they are absolutely amazing. I was helped by James and Karlie. They were amazing so sweet so nice. I’m pretty sure James has helped me in the past. And he has always been so wonderful. Highly recommend. Also, prices were better here. ☺️

Love this Baskin-Robbins. Not only is their ice cream delicious with so many flavors, specialty waffle cups, toppings and more--the employees are TOP OF THE LINE! Especially Mr. James. He is kind, courteous, familiar with their products, patient with children, and more. This BR is just my favorite ever! Well done!

I was shocked with the kindness of the employees- I went in almost at closing and was stunned with how welcoming and knowledgeable and passionate the employees were. One person there said they like to compare ice cream flavors like wine pairings, they recommended amazing flavors. There were 3 people working, each person was incredibly kind and obviously cares about their jobs. The ice cream was delicious. This company is lucky to have employees like this and I truly hope they are recognized and appreciated, this experience is rare & noteworthy, they deserve recognition for their integrity, commitment, & drive.

This place has been here since I moved to Houston in 1964. Same building, same layout. Great service as usual. It's been 40 years since I've been inside. Not anymore. They even have 31% off for today!! I'll be back. Good memories from when I was a kid.
