Upon arrival on my birthday I was so excited to get ice cream but it didn’t happen nor did they try fix the issue . I had an email which didn’t have a code to scan so how is this my fault ? Yall need to have scan code via email if not don’t SEND EMAILS that CANNOT be used …. Never going back

We stopped in for an afternoon delight after church. We were immediate greeted with a smile and welcome to baskin robbins. We were asked if we would like to taste test anything. A lady name Victoria assisted us and told us about the sale of ice cream containers, etc. She was most helpful and very nice. Store was very clean and organized. We will definitely be back!

The ice 🍦 cream was so good the service was awesome...I recommend this location.
I ordered 2 milkshakes today. The milkshakes were tooo sweet. I mean why add so much sugar when the ice cream already has plenty of sugar in it. I had to add milk to it to reduce the sweetness. I never had this kinda experience with other BR outlets. Disappointing.

Very nice staff !! They are excellent with kids , I took 5 of my kiddos to enjoy an ice cream and they were all so patient with them making their choice of treat they wanted .

Today I went with my friend to get some ice cream and Hannah was very welcoming and helpful she help us to get a very creamy and savory ice cream and we were very pleased with the service she gave us! I ordered through Uber eats but called the store first to get some help and VICTORIA girllll I love her. Kinda tempted to offer her a job at my business because she was amazing and so dang sweet! I work in a customer service job and I know a genuine and quality person when I come across them. I’ll come back just for her
Went here one night to get an idea about what ice my husband would like. The person behind the counter was super helpful and patient with us trying different flavors. After we bought a scoop or 2, they helped us figure out how to customize an ice-cream cake for my husband's birthday. I called the next day, and the person who decorates them was there and she was kind and helpful. The cake came out exactly as requested and we were so happy with it on his Birthday.

I will say this location is very clean! The employees were very helpful and welcoming. They helped with selecting many ice cream flavors, and I was able to sample them!. I enjoyed that the workers were not impatient with myself and children while ordering, and they were very sweet and kind! The place is a little on the small side for seating but overall still great atmosphere and ice cream! We will definitely be back!
