Lazy employees and unhelpful. Always slow service and claims they can’t write “happy birthday” on any of the cakes unless you buy the biggest one.

I visit late night for a quick sweet snack and upon finishing up my order the cashier told me that they were closing up inside at 9:45 (meaning seats were being put away). I noticed a nice family enjoying their ice cream while she told me this. I then asked why are you saying this when yall close for 10pm. Horrible customer service. I get that you want to leave early but don’t share your frustration with your customers. Beyond rude and disrespectful. I sat and ate my ice cream while watching three young ladies chit chat on their headsets about my concerns.
Will never go to this location again. Targeted. Disappointed and disrespected.
I’ll recommend you train your employees on customer service and proper ethics.

No one answers the drive tru, Childish behavior from the employees. They look through the window but no one actually comes.

Stood at the counter for at least 5 minutes. They did not even acknowledge that we were even in the store. The customer service was really bad they ignored us until I said something to them.

I went to this store this afternoon for a Sunday treat for my children. We order our usual over priced ice cream and cones. 1 of my daughters wanted a smoothie. 1 sip and the looked on her face told me what was next. We were dinning in so I attempted to let my 16 year old try to resolve her complaints. The worker stated it’s nothing she could do. Now as an adult I asked for any replacement? The answer was no. I asked for a manager. I was told “there’s no manager and will not be 1 at the location for a week”. I found that odd. However, once I seen they were rude and bother by my request for a refund “that can only be approve by a manager who will not be there for a whole week!” I left. If you looking for customer service do not visit this location.

Manager was extremely rude. This trip. I am an Uber driver and they refused to make a simple change per customer request. I also paid for an order for myself on this trip and they had me pay and then forgot about me completely. The last trip here they gave me a shake I didn't order.

Worst experience I have ever had at a Baskin Robbins. I have been eating at this establishment since I was a child, probably over 30 years. My mother and I always ask for the banana split in a cup and have no problem with it being made. Have gotten it made at this location. Tonight I was told no they could not do it. She asked did I want a Banana Royal, I said no a Banana Split in a cup. Same thing but with 3 scoops of ice cream. She says no again. I'm sitting there baffled and just said back to silence that I am reporting this to corporate. I see they have many bad reviews at this location and it's sad because Baskin Robbins is such a beloved establishment and they are tarnishing the name with this horrible customer service. I mean who tells a paying customer No?? They need to train the managers and employees better before they get shut down. It happened to Carl's Junior. This location is in Summerwood on W. Lake Houston off Beltway 8. Very disappointed!!

I ordered a cake on Tuesday 01/16. I ordered the Kiss me cake. It was done on time. My daughter picked up my cake today and it was sorry, lop-sided the heart wasn’t a heart shape and uneven. I called and they said I could take it back for a refund. When I did they said I couldn’t get a refund because I took it out the store. I asked if I could get an exchange since they had a decent pink one on the freezer they said no. Also for my message I requested for it to say Capricorn Queen and it said Kiss me, but also they had messed up since I could see the bottom was smeared. Will not be purchasing from them again very disappointed also did nothing to try to make it better. Just to take it tomorrow to get the name message corrected, the manager was going to be in at 11 and we have our lunch at 12

Always a lovely experience!
I don’t know what is going on, but today Nov 20th they were open but no one answered the drive thru nor was anyone visible in the store. I watched 5 cars go through without receiving any service.
