Placed a order online for kids creations. Was told they don't have my order and they cant dont know what to tell me. I showed them the confirmation and they said it didnt matter Literally had to wait 30 minutes until it pop up on their screen just so they can make it. Once they finally received the order I was told they didn't have the kids creations. This location is a joke take your money elsewhere.

Went drive- thru. Ordered chocolate milkshake. She tells me to go park and she’ll bring it. 22 mins later, I’m still waiting y’all. I went inside to check: “it is being made”. I’ll update you in 2078 when it is done

Great customer service, the donuts are amazing and the Baskin robins reminds me of my childhood memories 💕💕it's not the same without a store that sells ice cream 🍨 better than getting ice cream from the palatero store.
But the palatero ice creams is better than both. Especially with the little cart

Literally no one else inside or in drive thru. I asked to add on 1 kids scoop of vanilla ice cream, nothing fancy. I was told “you can’t add anything on at the drive thru” 😂😂😂 ok. Never going back there again. I miss that he single baskin Robbins and single dunkin. This place has been THE WORST since day 1. They only have half the flavors most BR had and are always out of good bagels. The customer service is also a joke. Zero stars if I could.

I purchased a birthday cake in advance through the link provided in this very listing. On the day of the pickup, we arrived to find the store closed due to power outage. No call that there was an issue, no help to get a cake from another location. My daughter had her hopes set on a specific BR cake and we had to drive 45 minutes round trip and fork up another $80 for cake. It’s been a month and I’ve yet to receive a refund. Shop says to contact corporate and corporate has done NOTHING either. You ruined my daughter’s birthday.
