I purchased a birthday cake in advance through the link provided in this very listing. On the day of the pickup, we arrived to find the store closed due to power outage. No call that there was an issue, no help to get a cake from another location. My daughter had her hopes set on a specific BR cake and we had to drive 45 minutes round trip and fork up another $80 for cake. It’s been a month and I’ve yet to receive a refund. Shop says to contact corporate and corporate has done NOTHING either. You ruined my daughter’s birthday.

Nearly $5 bucks for a scoop !!! And employees clean the top of the donut cabinets with the broom, I'm pretty sure that's a health violation.

Nasty attitude and poor customer service skills I kept me cool this little girl kept a stank face since I got there, shouldn’t be giving people the wrong order and get mad I should of been the one w an attitude but clearly she’s unhappy and miserable with her job can someone please teach her some manners .

First of all, 4.95 for one scoop of ice cream is absurd, not to mention there’s nothing at the bottom of the cone, just the scoop. Last time I bought these small cupped ice creams and they came out the total of 20 dollars! Lower your prices or add more ice cream, never buying again.

This location is the worst I’ve ever been to. Employee had no gloves when he handed me my ice cream. To top it off, he seriously didn’t notice that he left a cone wrapper inside my ice cream. Ridiculous.

No greeting, no hello, no what can I get for you...the kid just stared at me. I finally said I would like a milkshake. Not necessarily a hard task to complete. I was told the blenders weren't working so I couldn't get a milkshake 40 minutes before close on a Friday nightTranslation: we already cleaned the blenders and don't want to do it again.All the ice cream was already covered the place looked closed already. Last week I was told they had no change for a cash transaction and asked if they could just keep it. This place needs better employees. Maybe ones that at least half way care about their jobs. In the meantime I'm taking my business elsewhere.
