Went through the drive through ordered 2 shakes $15.00 bucks for chocolate milk it was so terrible we threw them away. I will never go back for anything else again

It looks like this drink was sitting there for awhile, and the barista didn't want to make another order so they just printed the receipt with my name on it, and slapped it on this medium cup.. I ordered a small... I am so sad Dunkin did me dirrrtyy. But I'm still gonna drink it though.

No greeting, no hello, no what can I get for you...the kid just stared at me. I finally said I would like a milkshake. Not necessarily a hard task to complete. I was told the blenders weren't working so I couldn't get a milkshake 40 minutes before close on a Friday nightTranslation: we already cleaned the blenders and don't want to do it again.All the ice cream was already covered the place looked closed already. Last week I was told they had no change for a cash transaction and asked if they could just keep it. This place needs better employees. Maybe ones that at least half way care about their jobs. In the meantime I'm taking my business elsewhere.

Ordered through Uber and they sent the wrong size and the wrong flavor. When you try to call the location you receive a message that they cannot receive any messages. Very disappointed. Now I understand their low review scores.

Walked in at 8:30pm today, but almost everything was completely shut down. They close at 9pm. They said they could only make drinks. I asked them if it's like this every day, they said yes....

went just the other day, sign says close at 9. I got there at 7:45, doors locked, but I could see employees inside, and lights were on. I knocked on the door, they all ignored me! trust me I'll never visit again! those employees need to be fired!!!!

We had a great dinner and decided to go out and get ice cream. Although their business hours say they close at 9pm, they were already closed at 8:40pm. The door was locked. So we thought drive through only. When we got to the drive through it said come back during normal business hours. We drove to the window, an employee opened it. I asked if they were closed and she replied, we closed early. I said can we get ice cream? She said. "What do you want?" What a joke of a business. We ended up at Sweet Frog, and they were much nicer and OPEN!
Very poor service. The people were extremely rude and they had me waiting for 20 minutes just for a cold coffee. Don't bother going through the drive thru because they'll have you waiting for awhile. Better off just going to Starbucks or local coffee shop.

Never have I EVER!!! Been to a place so bad!!! I stopped going because flies were in the donuts and the we're literally fighting!! Like with their hands!! Then I said a year later let's me check it out again Noooooooooooo!! I was wrong I got what I DID NOT ask for and my food was cold Nerver Nerver Nerver AGAIN!!!!! Ugh!!!!!!!'No STARS!!!!!!

Terrible. Store hours say they close at 9. But it's 8:15pm and they locked the lobby doors and turned off the drive-thru speaker. No signs saying they are closing early. The young Hispanic guy saw me and just ignore me. Really upset they closed early. Dealing with a pregnant wife and her cravings.

Normally I love Dunkin, but today when I ordered via UberEats, my driver let me know when he tried to get them to fix my half full, sad-looking coffee, in response, the employee says "that happens." That HAPPENS? It happens that you just fill the cup halfway when someone orders a large? Nice customer service. My coffee looks gross and I've had other orders from UberEats with everything being in great condition. Do better.
