If I could assign a negative stars rating, I would. Most disrespect employees (especially manager). Horrible experience. Ice cream is supposed to be fun. Not at this location!!

I decided to stop in and get a scoop of vanilla with pecans (extra pecans), they dont serve pecans and the ice cream was freezer burned. I won’t be visiting this shop no longer.

I worked at Baskin-Robbins as a manager by Wirt st. And this store has been the worst Baskin-Robbins store I have visited. Literally when you walk in there’s a lot of insects by the door, also you are waiting on line and the mosquitoes all around you. People were eating inside like nothing? And the manager was there ? Terrible manager ; to be in charge.
I visited the Baskin Robbins at Bissonette and Beechnut by the Aldi. This was by far the best BR that I have been to. The ice cream was fresh, there were many great flavors to choose from. What set it apart was the cleanliness of the shop and the pride in which the owners had in their business. The service was first class. My ice cream cups were fitted with lids and placed in a bag for carryout. Spoons and napkins were placed in the bag without having to get them myself like in many places. This is a business I will return to and recommend to my friends.

Customer service needs to be worked on! The girl that was helping me kept touching her mask ? and her glasses ? I asked her to please change her gloves ?!! She got so mad ?! I then since I paying separate from my kids she totally jumped over them!! Retrain these people!! They don’t understand that because of paying customers they still have a job!!
