Extremely rude older lady. She was on her phone the entire time we wanted service then got upset because my spouse and I both had birthday redemption coupons and didnāt tell her in the beginning. If you donāt want to work at your job then quit. Itās not that hard to be a decent human

Iāve noticed that no matter how nice you are to some of the workers theyāll still give you bad quality cones and give you mediocre at best treatment if youāre obviously a student from the school in front. Ive tested this theory over the course of the 4 years of my school career and every time i show up in my uniform they go to the back and give me the STALEST cone they could possibly find and most of the staff are very rude, and condescending. The times Iāve gone there without my uniform and with my parents they give me the cones from the front. Today I went and the guy working there didnāt seem to care about providing at least somewhat decent customer service. He had a very stern face during the whole interaction and when i POLITELY asked for some cherries he denied there being any. I returned half and hour later with my dad and to my surprise the person infront of us had a cup with a cherry on top ?. thankfully this time 2 other kind polite women helped us and I asked them if they had cherries and they said they did. Which is really weird because whatās the reason for lying? I asked the really nice young girl who the manager is and she pointed to the guy who had just been rude to me. This is completely unacceptable behavior from a MANAGER. I thought a managers job was to provide friendly and welcoming customer service. Hope he gets fired ?and people from my school stop going because not only is the service SUBPAR but so is the ice cream and the cleanliness. I literally saw a roach right outside their door.

I know most of you all know that if you need to use the restroom because of an emergency, you just go. This was my closest restroom near me .. especially if you have a condition called UC. I KNOW I wasn't buying ice cream, but I have a card that allows me to use private restrooms. Anyway, just letting you know, please be open-minded about people with disabilities.
