This place has the most disrespectful workers ever. We asked may we try a sample of a new flavor and the workers said they aren’t give out samples.. what Baskin Robin doesn’t let you try out their new flavors.. then I had a coupon for a free scoop because I recently found out they had an app and the Manager said we don’t accept that. I asked why he said the Scanner wasn’t working, yet he used it 2 customers before us. Make it make sense.

Took my kids to enjoy some ice cream after school to be told that we couldn’t eat inside , such a disappointment to take away from quality time with my kids.

Brought our kids after school for an ice cream and was told we could sit inside to eat ! Like who goes to a ice cream shop to take it home to eat ! Such a disappointment!

This place deserves five stars just for the staff. if you stop by around 4:00 to 4:30pm on a weekday, the place will be packed with school-aged kids. The people who work there are incredibly patient, taking orders and delivering them with courtesy, despite the mayhem and occasional screaming of school girls. I have taken my kids there a few times, and the ice cream was fresh, the servings were generous, and the employees were saints. I recommend this place, but I'd suggest avoiding the after-school rush.

scammers, they upcharge you for toppings $1.00 each one, worse they asked you if you want more toppings or the icream brownie bowl with everything to upcharged you, that old lady told the guy on the register to charged me extra toppings and ended up paying around $9.00, for a ridiculous small bowl, scammmerrrssss horrriblle service

I ordered Pralines n cream with caramel. I received plain vanilla ice cream with no caramel. I would order it again but now my order is below the minim to receive the free delivery that I pay $9.99 a month for with Uber One. So either I pay for additional delivery or I don’t get the ice cream. I’m mad I spent $17 for ice cream to surprise my daughter only to receive the wrong items when I could have bought ice cream from the store for half the price.

Staff refused to provide a sample even though there were sample spoons readily available. I spent almost 15 dollars there and would’ve like to sample the ice cream. I understand if I was excessive but I only ask for one.They told me they would not do it because the kids across the street take advantage—not our problem. I haven’t stolen anything or taken advantage.

The people who work at this place don't have minimum respect towards customers. I do like Baskin Robbins but would not recommend this particular place to anyone. I was taking 3 scopps and when I tried 3 flavors a lady in a very rude way said I can't try more than 3. I wanted to take 3 scoops and the cashier charged it for 2 scoops and 1 scoop separately, and at the end was rude when I asked him the reason. Baskin-Robbins learn to respect your customers.
