Honestly I’ve been kind of disappointed in Baskin Robbins lately. I always get a pint when I go there and they do not pack it well enough. They do not give me my moneys worth. Which I have let it go in the past but tonight when I was ordering I felt rushed as well as when receiving the pints. There was barely any ice cream in them which is sad considering the price. I hope that in the future when I go they do there job correctly but if not I’ll kindly tell them.

I ordered a milkshake thinking it's content would be a great difference from a smoothie, the lady said evn the milkshakes are liquidity. It was a total liquidity milkshake......last time I will b going for sure!!!

Bought the smallest 2-4 person birthday cake. The sticker said $16.99. The cashier told me prices went up and said it was $20.99. I told her this cake and others of the same size, all had a $16.99 sticker. She said there was nothing to do. It was my Mom's birthday today so I had to buy it. But this cake was overpriced and the cashier wouldn't even ask a manager. They should have honored the sticker price. A slice of that cake is over $5.00 that can't be right. Thanks for stealing from me. Customer service sucks!

THIS is the place to be. The service is always so good, you pull up to the makeshift drive thru and you know you will be getting the best damn service and Ice cream of your life. You have to ring their RING door bell and you'll hear the cashier attend you with the most staticky and hard to understand voice but that is the best part of the experience, it feels like that one George Lopez episode. The ice cream depending on what you get is usually pretty good, the cotton candy ice cream though tastes like they got Willy Wonka back there, it's so damn good and addicting. Y'all really slayed with this one purrr
DO NOT EAT HERE!! My ice cream had a bandaid in it. Absolutely disgusting!!! They clearly don't use gloves or have proper sanitation.

I had an extremely disturbing experience here. My bf and I came here after having a quick lunch from wendys, threw our trash in the trash can since we were done as I was about to head in for my ice cream but before i could even get in a man came out yelling and upset that we threw trash in the TRASHCAN. Yes you heard right we did not liter. He said the trashcan is for customers but He ASSUMED we were not customers because I was the customer! We could not leave fast enough, Will never do business here ever!

One of the reasons why I come here is because of T-Mobile Tuesdays Promotion offer (thanks T-Mobile), but also I would come if it would be any random occurrence late into the night. Baskin-Robbins has some pretty good and interesting flavors to satisfy any palette, whether your the nutty guy (lol) or the sweet and savory one, Baskin-Robbins always provides all the flavors, especially the seasonal ones! If you need some inspiration, here are some flavors that have passed on my tongue to taste: Baseball Nut Icing on the Cake Strawberry Cheesecake Lemon Custard Rocky Road Decent ice cream place, drop by if you're craving something sweet!
