Bad service. Asked for a vanilla latte and avocado toast. Bread was not toasted and the employee asked me 3 times what kind of latte i wanted and i still ended up with a regular coffee. Tried to call the location several times and the phone just rings and rings. No receipt was giving to me either. This location is only good for the ice cream.

The manager, Zaki, does a good job keeping this place understaffed and when you come to pick up a custom birthday cake you ordered 5 days prior, they’ll say there was a glitch in the system and they don’t have it made. We got email confirmation and everything and there was a glitch in the system! Real convenient! Terrible service, lazy, and horrendous experience. Keep it up!

Came here Saturday and they didn't have any coconut ice cream, it happens but here we are on Wednesday and still no coconut ice cream and now no bananas either . Some one is dropping the ball, smh

It took 10 mins for someone to acknowledge me as a customer. Afterwards many flavors of ice cream were not available as they didn’t have any. Also toppings, no strawberries and no fudge. I requested a banana split and they had no bananas either. I don’t even know why I bother to come to this establishment. Save you money and go elsewhere.

Customer service was terrible this visit. Would not make fresh waffles cones. -_____-Feb 24. This place continues to be terrible st taking orders. The online ordering should just be shut down for this place. You will always show up and be completely disappointed because any cakes or pre packaged ice cream will never be ready or available for you. It takes apparently 3 days for a pre packaged order to be ready so why couldn't this be done?
