Customer service was terrible this visit. Would not make fresh waffles cones. -_____-Feb 24. This place continues to be terrible st taking orders. The online ordering should just be shut down for this place. You will always show up and be completely disappointed because any cakes or pre packaged ice cream will never be ready or available for you. It takes apparently 3 days for a pre packaged order to be ready so why couldn't this be done?

Big thanks to the gal working the drive thru tonight! My app wasn't working right so I couldn't pull up my free birthday scoop coupon...she was so kind and ended up giving me the ice cream :) because of this, I'll be making this my regular baskin robins from now on!!

Great location, clean inside and plenty of seating for enjoying treats inside. Full Dunkin menu, and Baskin Robbins menu. Full ice cream cakes sold here with a few candles. The staff is friendly and fast.

I’m leaving 5 starts:). I haven’t had a bad experience from this location. I mean it’s the only baskin-robbins in this area . Very convenient and most of the time there busy none stop .so of course they may not have what you want but it’s still good ..Great customer service. Yes we all have that moment at work when we just angry. It’s dealing with customer all day.This location deserves more than a 3.5 rating. Should be at least 4.2-4.5 .I love it highly recommend just be nice to workers and they will be nice to you .

I paid 8.39 + taxas for a banana split…service was bad….I waited to get it. My 3 flavors scoops were so SMALL that the container look so BIG… I asked if she could make my scoop bigger, she answered they have to be really small.
Staff was nice! They were out of cups for the banana split Tragic. I got the waffle cup instead. Icecream was wonderful the waffle cup was horrible it was so stale it was soft. I think it might have been a bad day.

Don’t expect to get what you order here. We placed three simple orders! We ordered a mint chocolate chip shake (they claim they were out), we ordered a chocolate shake made with vanilla and chocolate syrup and they forced us to take a shake made with chocolate ice cream (doesn’t taste the same when you want hearsay’s chocolate flavor) and we ordered a vanilla malt but no malt came in the shake! We literally didn’t get anything we paid for! What kind of ice cream shop is this!

Do not recommend. Came through the drive through for my daughter today and was met with two very unclean looking full of attitude young ladies that had little respect for themselves, their jobs or the companies they represent. We prefer a specialty ice cream, and were curious why we couldn’t find it the last few times we’ve been to different locations, the response we got was giggling and “it’s called running out of ice cream”. Something I learned a long time ago was to pick my struggle. If I’m gonna look ratchet, unkept, and have a poor attitude I’m gonna need to evaluate and PICK MY STRUGGLE. It’s sad to say these girls did not, they lost a customer, gained a horrible review, and reflected their company, their manager, and most importantly themselves like ratchet ghetto queens working a minimum wage job with superiority issues.

Went with my wife for her birthday. The ice cream was so melted that it was running over the side of the cup and making a mess. She got really upset and we just came home
