I ordered a small shake. It tasted like milk. It was runny not the consistency of an ice cream at all. I asked them to add more ice cream or for them to make me a new one. They said the ice cream was runny that day. And they added the same amount of milk they usually did. Not taking in the fact the ice cream wasn’t frozen.They refused to do anything about it or refund my money. I lasked for the owners number and they gave me the store number. Terrible terrible customer service. I’m gonna stop payment on it.

I have ordered quite a few times from this place and this might be the last time at this location. I ordered a cake for a party and it was really embarrassing to see that the cake was floppy. It was not melted, it was frozen floppy. The whole dressing of the cake was messy. Guests laughed at it as well since it was extremely obvious. Never again ordering at this location. They need to change staff.

My wife loves there world class chocolate but we are always disappointed as this location particularly on Fridays / Saturdays are either out of ice cream flavors or cones. They were out of world class chocolate so we left.

My boyfriend and I decided to come get some ice cream tonight around 8:20 pm and the doors were locked but the lights were still on and ppl inside being served. The store's hours are until 9 pm tonight. We decided to go through the drive thru instead and they were still open but were out of certain flavors. We decided this whole trip was a waste of time and took our business to Marble Slab nearby. If you're scheduled to be open until a certain time then actually stay open till that time. We won't be coming to baskin Robbins again.

Will not be coming back to this Baskin Robbins . First there facial expressions are like they don’t want to work . That resulted in the guy attending us taking his sweet time making our order. Second the banana split he made me was super plain . He barley put any caramel , sprinkles and whip cream I had asked for . I’ll rather drive to the one on Edgebrook and get what I paid for .

Today I went to buy an ice cream cake for my son's bday & they would not write his name on it . I offered to write it & they would not even let me. I actually passed several other stores to get here & it was a waste of time.

Yesterday me and my daughter went to go buy donuts and the customer service was super bad, the lady didn't look like she was in a good mood. And today we went to go buy ice cream and the lady gave us a really small scoop, they need to be better attending the customers.

This is out of pure curiosity but all I wanted was two scoops of your ice cream in a cup about 10 minutes before they closed was when I tried to order and was denied my order because they were picking up the ice cream station. Is it normal for ice cream to stop being served before you actually close? If so then so be it but why be open until 9 if you are going to stop serving ice cream before 9? I have gone this close to closing before and had no issues. Anyway. Just bummed I don't get ice cream when I got there in plenty of time for two scoops to be scooped in a cup.

They are ALWAYS out of waffle cones/bowls. We stop by every couple of weeks & always have to start the order with "Do y'all have waffle cones?" to which their answer has been "NO" since August. Finally TODAY after not having waffle cones for months, they actually had waffle cones..... But they were STALE. Also, somehow my Cherry Jubilee had ONE cherry in the entire scoop. One singular, lonesome cherry. Really wish this location could pull it together.

What's the point of even having a phone if you never answer it? It doesn't matter what time of day I try calling, it just rings until an automated message comes on asking about a remote access code.

I had a horrible experience. Staff completely ignored us and helped the next customer. When it was brought to her attention, she aggressively asked "what ELSE" did we want. When she was again reminded that we had not been helped, her defensive body language, nor her words changed. I emailed the company and was told the manager would call within two days. Two weeks later, the manager called and simply said she was sorry that we experienced that.
