The stock here is limited. I always go wanting Chocolate almond and they rarely ever have it..customer service is non existent

Great experience at the Baskin Robbins on Hwy 6 & Bissonnet! The ice cream flavors were delicious—classics like Pralines ’n Cream, Triple Mango, Cookies ‘n Cream, and Mint Chocolate Chip never disappoint. The staff was friendly and quick with service. Definitely a sweet spot for a cool treat!

My first time visiting this location. Ice cream was very good. Great customer service, nice and clean atmosphere and restroom was also nice and clean with a very nice smell. Im looking forward to visiting again soon.

Maybe this rating is coming because of my pregnancy cravings. Today is Saturday April 27 and your hours of operation say you all close at 10 PM. I could understand the worker turning off the light and putting the close sign at 9:45, but 9:40. I already know my order. 2 other cars pulled up to the store and turned around. This is quite disappointing. I know I sound like a bother, but dang I am still having this craving I can't shake. Maybe my next visit will improve my rating. I'm not even sure you all read this lol, but I wanted to let y'all know

They closed it 10 mins before closing time and said would not serve. Very disappointing.

Ice cream good.. it's just the service is horrible I'm not sure how many time I came down hw6 area to come here getting ice cream the person behind the counter always different never happy like something happened to them or someone upset them before me. But overall ice cream is good it's just that the employees are very uncomfortable.

I saw with my own eyes this employee Ibraham spit in my ice cream please guys do NOT come here !!!

If only I could give a 0 star, I gladly would- because the staff at this location were a letdown? ?. My daughter just had 2 back to back viral videos, so I brought her to get some ice cream to celebrate, told her she could get whatever you wanted, I was on the phone. (She’s a 9yr old black girl) She told the lady behind the counter what she wanted, asked for it in a cone- lady gave her ice cream in a cup with an empty cone. When I asked my daughter, she said the lady told her “Well you did not specify”. So I go over and say hey can you please give her whatever she wants and I’ll pay for it- she wants it in a cone. The lady replies “why can’t she put it in herself?”, i said but I told you I’d pay for it, can you please put it in this empty cone, fill it up it’s ok I’ll pay, the other lady comes in and goes “Why can’t you do it yourself?”, I tried to tell her that this isn’t the best way to talk to customers, she made a irritated face, laughed and walked off with a side wave. I asked the lady, how do I get ice cream in a cone for my daughter, she said I’d have to PAY for it, meaning twice, meaning get ANOTHER ice cream. I said fine. Got it and paid for it, asked for the manager’s name which she said was “Mariam”. Had my daughter throw away the ice cream in the cup, took a few pics and walked away. They make Baskin-Robbins look bad, can’t even make a little girl feel special. This is my first negative review this year, and that says a lot. Check your video to verify.
