While the I cream tasted great for a cone one scoop of ice cream and a kids scoop in a cup was twelve dollars seems like a lot.

Where's the nuts, and toppings?! Banana Splits hardly have any toppings or nuts, cheap on toppings but not prices! Almost $10 for Banana Splits so should be generous with toppings! Delicious, but expensive
I don’t understand how the manager the only one who can make cakes with pictures on it. If you’re gonna advertise an item all the employees need to know how to make the items not just the manager. So disappointed that I can’t have a cake made because the manager on vacation.

This location has great service lots of flavors to choose from its very clean in here and the restrooms are very clean also. The freezer that has the cakes are well stocked not like other locations. I'm very pleased on how well this store is put together and how great the service is. The employee was very kind respectful and had a great attitude. I highly recommend this location along with the Black Walnut ice cream.
The doors and online says they close at 10, we got there at 9:30 and the doors were locked already. Both employees saw us at the door and we even knocked and they completely ignored us. What is the point of having store hours if employees close earlier? They should either change the hours or stay open.
Close time says 10pm and both employees saw me get down and j*** door and both turned their backs instead of with courtesy letting me know they were closed I got their at 945pm. Management should address this matter as people expect times to respected
I’m usually not an ice cream person but the banana splits here perfect!!
