Every single person that tried all three cakes we had for our wedding said that was the best cake they ever had! First, the cakes were absolutely amazing to look at. Tara and her team know what they’re doing over there. The tasting was professional and the staff was so kind. The Groom’s cake was no easy task and they nailed it! Delivery was on time and everything was intact when it arrived. Our wedding was location was local to the bakery but we live about 2.5 hours away. Any big occasion that we need a cake for…we will be taking a road trip!

Our cake was so good and we got so many compliments. Bavarian was amazing and so easy to work with. It was fun going in and tasting all of the flavors to decide which one we wanted to choose. The lemon cake with raspberry filling was to die for! I had guests at my wedding eat 3 slices lol! Luckily we had some left over that we got to dig into once we got home.

My (then) fiancé and I decided to have Bavarian Bakery also make the sugar orchids on top of our wedding cake. Initially I was worried as before signing the contract they said we can come back and see the sugar flowers prior to committing. However after we signed they kept saying we would have to commit first and then we can see them a few days out before the wedding.
Being busy with guests and wedding planning, we took the risk of just having them do the sugar orchids without seeing them first. They turned out amazing and exactly like we envisioned! The flowers looked amazing and the cake tasted great too!
Overall we loved our cake and the flavors we picked, almond with raspberry filling, vanilla Bavarian filling, and chocolate Bavarian!

The cake was delicious! We barely had any leftovers! They were a joy to work with and even proactively let us know they had halal options. Also, I wasn't sure how much cake to order since we would have other desserts, and they helped calculate to make sure I had enough cake for all my guests without too much leftovers. Our experience with Bavarian Cakery was somewhat disappointing. We ordered one large vanilla, strawberry-filling sheet cake (not pictured), a small gluten-free lambeth cake, and a cookie cake groom's cake. The sheet cake was perfect; we and our guests loved the texture and flavor. The cookie cake, as well, was a big hit, and we had no leftovers. Unfortunately, the gluten-free was disappointing compared to what we tried in the tasting. It was much denser and had a strong flavor. On top of this, the lettering we agreed on wasn't on top. We had no cake topper, so this left it feeling unfinished and was honestly a big disappointment on the day. I don't think I would recommend them to other couples for this reason.

Bavarian Cakery did the sweets for my BFFs wedding. As a pastry chef herself, BFF was not about to select a bakery that didn't have quality selections. Guests RAVED about the chocolate cake/buttercream combo, and the lemon squares were to die for. Would definitely recommend!
