The bourbon master class events offer a great opportunity to make new friends, learn interesting information about bourbon and taste a wide variety of bourbons. I enjoy getting bourbon incites from the other attendees and using the information to develop my bourbon palate.

I had a great experience at Bayou and Bottle. My waiter, Tawanda, was awesome! Everything he recommended was 10/10 from the drink that I asked to be a mocktail to the food I ordered. It is a great vibe for after work and you want to decompress or meet someone in an intimate setting.
I also had the privilege of taste testing one of their newer cocktails that reminded me of tiramisu. It was sooo good and rich!

We had a great experience at Bayou & Bottle. The atmosphere was relaxed yet upscale, making it a nice place to sit and enjoy a meal. I ordered the peach burrata salad and it was absolutely amazing—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. The drinks were a bit pricey, but well made and thoughtfully crafted. Service was friendly and attentive, and overall it was a really enjoyable experience. We’d definitely come back.

I surprised my husband with a Whistle Pig tasting with some of his good friends for his birthday, and everyone has raved about the experience since. I want to personally thank the manager, Brianna, for being so accommodating and helping to make it a night to remember. We will be back again soon.

Everything about the Elijah Craig Master Class was so well done, I was thoroughly impressed. Not that I didn't expect The Four Season to deliver high standards, but it was my first event of the sort, and I was absolutely blown away. Everyone was incredibly friendly, the class was informative and educational. The group of attendees were hospitable and full of cheer. I'll definitely attend another event like this with Bayou and Bottle!

Excellent hotel bar in the Four Seasons. Everyone at the bar was friendly and welcoming. Drinks were exactly what I needed. I did like the Dr. Pepper Old fashioned, although it was just a tad bit too sweet for me, how could I not at least try it. Worth to trip.
