Visited the food truck at Porky's food truck park. Ordered the fish and fries. Dryyyyy Swai fish and lacked seasoning, imo. The texture was like a chicken breast. Strange, I know. Fries weren't fully cooked. Pretty disappointing. 😐 The service could have been better. Greet me either a smile or say hello...something!! The young guy at the window was not friendly. Maybe he was tired from the day...but the first impression is a lasting one.
Sooo delicious! They catered at a meeting I attended and the food came out hot, on time, and ready for us to eat! The food was packed with so much flavor, was well seasoned and very tasty! The customer service was amazing and they made sure we had everything we needed! I would highly recommend this business to anyone wanting good food!!!
The gumbo was delicious. I had the mild with chicken and shrimp. I started with the small container and immediately regretted getting such a small container after I was done. The best thing I liked was that it wasn't spicy as most gumbos are...It was as they say, " Good till the last drop. I have another container in the freezer that I'm having for dinner tonight. Yummy 😋 😋
