Only the grilled food was properly cooked. The cocktail sauce sweet not made right. Screwed up the entire menu.

I wish the people were a bit more friendly here. But the food is good for the price. Not getting pappadeaux.. but you are not paying the pappadeaux price either. Good food consistently. We keep going back!

The food is horrible. I had the fried platter and the batter was falling off the fish. I didn't know the difference between the shrimp, scallops or the oysters....they were all just 1 big ball of flour. Never again.

The first time I ate here. The fish is the worst I ever had. Fish is not crunchy, soggy, falling apart. Fries were put under the salad and soggy. The gumbo is like broth ,hardly anything in there. Will never eat here again.

In a world gone mad with post COVID-19 diminishing quality of service and shrinkflation, Baytown Seafood is a lighthouse guiding diners to a safe harbor of quality and value.I had the three piece fish dinner, and it is everything it should be. The fish was fried perfectly, leaving it with a perfect balance of moisture and flakiness. The batter was delicious and the light crunch complimented moist and flakey fish. Three giant pieces of fish for $10 is a steal. The fact that they add a massive platter of fries and a generous side salad is welcome reprieve from today’s oppressive shrinkflation (increasing prices combined with shrinking servings/product). If you are in the area and find yourself lost on your search for quality fried fish at a price that won’t force you to eat ramen for the next three days. Though, even the price of ramen is crazy these days. But, don’t take my word for it.Seek out the warm blue neon of Baytown Seafood, and find out for yourselves.Your foodie soul will thank you for it.Happy eating y’all!?

Usually do dine in. Always a good experience. Today, did carry out. I specifically asked for cocktail sauce aka red sauce for some of my order. Said I like lots of it. Well...guess what? Didn't get any. I got a small tiny bit of tartar sauce. I detest tartar sauce. Thank goodness the food is good or the meal would have been ruined for me. Otherwise, it was okay. Dine in has been better though. Will go there again.

Dirty rice had little to none meat. The chicken fried steak was kind of tough. The gravy served with it was on point. The fried fish was a little bit salt but okay. The side vegetables was okay. The apples pie egg rolls was good.
