Then I was already ready to order. I was looking at them for five minutes, no one came to me, they were just chatting and enjoy their own drinks happily talking to each other, I even made eye contact with them, no one came!!!. It just happened 3.10. Management team if you do care then check the camera and train your staff!! I left the restaurant, I worked for customer service too , why I got this kind attitude from them? Never go back again.

I've had positive experiences at other locations and with takeout from this one in the past. Unfortunately, my recent visit was disappointing.I ordered three chicken dishes—Soy Garlic, Gangnam Style, and Caribbean Spice—but the flavor was off on the Gangnam style with a burnt taste likely from old oil. The Gangnam Style was particularly dry, lacking sauce. Overall, the Bellaire location doesn't compare to Westheimer or Katy.Service was below average; when we raised concerns about the wings, they were downplayed, and the manager didn't address them with us, but sent our server back informing us they were removing the wings from the bill. The experience was unpleasant to say the least.To top it off, I encountered a cockroach at the counter when paying. I won't be returning to this location due to multiple shortcomings, though it's nothing personal against the staff. I hope this location can turn this around as it’s closer to my house and convenient.
Service is great! But the food is Below average. I had higher expectations on the taste. Portions are very small for the price. I do not recommend this snack

I've been coming here for years and it's one of my go to places to get Korean wings. 9/10 times the food is good, however as of lately the service mainly from one employee has not been great and I've only decided to post because of what was said today. To summarize, I ordered waffle fries (as I always do). When he came out with regular fries I told him "Oh, I didn't order fries I ordered waffle fries.". He states that "Oh, well I only heard you say fries." I insist that I know i ordered waffle fries which my fiancé agrees with that I indeed said "waffle fries.". To which he says something along the lies of well I guess you're going to have fries (or) eat regular fries then while gesturing/pointing towards it. In no way should that ever be a response to a customer, its common sense and it is very rude. Ended up just sticking with the regular fries because my fiancé and I did not want to escalate the situation. PLEASE train your employees on customer service and respect.

I think food here is a bit overpricing but it is actually good. Recommend trying the Honey Garlic, Galbi Fried Chicken and Rose TteokBokki! You can try boneless if you don't want your fingers to be dirty. Both are good!
the food is worth getting it’s good but the service is pretty bad. i like eating here except for having to wait for the menu itself for 10 minutes. it would’ve been fine if it was a one time thing but it’s happened 5/8 times i’ve been here. they’re just not

Great location, great flavors. I've been going back and each and every time, never been disappointed in the food. Staff is very kind as well. Would reccomended coming here to eat with family and friends.
the best place to get korean fried chicken! the wait time is a bit long (busy or not) but that’s because the chicken is fresh and perfectly crispy! i love coming here and getting the soy garlic wings and the waffle fries. highly recommend :)

Amazing atmosphere! The French fries and waffle fries were 10/10! Top tier crisp! Also the wings were amazing! The bad reviews here are misleading you have to try this place out! Chicken wings were huge, fresh, and crispy. Honey garlic wings were amazing as well as secret sauce.
chicken takes a while to come out because it's very fresh. best option for korean fried chicken you can get in HTX. would definitely take a large group of friends here for the good food and drink options. decently cheap for the
