We read the reviews and decided to try this place. We had 1/2 chicken with sweet potato fries. The lady gave us two sauces on the side. We were not dissapointed. The chicken was absolutely delicious! Even the fries. Friendly staff. When we come back to Houston, we will definitely come back to this place.

This place was amazing! Then management changed and the quality SEVERELY declined. Go to bbq Chicken on Bellaire instead. Much better experience.

we dined in before 2 different tables and were served last. Mind you, we sat for 5 minutes without our drinks or anybody greetings us if we wanted anything to drink.
We were the only new table they had. 2 people upfront just looking at us. The table with 3 boys came in way later than us and order later than us got their wings and fries way before us. The lady that came atleast 10 minutes after us got her fries and drinks fast.
Customer service sucks.
Wings are good.
If you need their attention you either have to go to the cash register or wave your hand. Customer service use to be decent.
Not sure if she just forgot to put our order in?..

I just discovered bbq chicken in my neighborhood and it the best fried chicken I have ever eat, crispy on the outside and soft and juice on the inside. I stop as often as possible and their menu has so many options. The staff if friendly and the place is always clean. I love it

Update: 3rd time here. Food is delicious, but this honestly the worst service I've ever gotten at a restaurant and the poor quality of it is consistent.

It was really good food. Service is just mid grade. I'll be back though.

This place isn’t in the best area and the service could be better, but its proximity to work and value was great… but not anymore. Prices have gone up significantly since they opened a few years ago. I remember their lunch special (medium 9 piece boneless + canned drink) used to be $10, but went up to $15 this year. And now after going today, they told me they’ve gotten rid of the lunch special completely (despite it being still on their menu), replaced with a mediocre $15 “lunch box” that only has 4 boneless pieces with fries and bread. They still have a la carte medium 9-pc boneless for $16 but this is really beyond what a normal lunch should cost at this point. Unfortunately I will no longer be dining here as I am not getting any value for the food served.
