Server forgot to put in our drink order. Got our food with no small plates. Just a whole bowl of crayfish he came back I guess after his manager reprimanded him after forgetting our drink order and he brought us out the wrong drinks. Ok still not upset but then he had a combative attitude saying that he can comp our drinks or we can talk to his manager. When I had not asked for either. Then the manager told me it was my fault for not reading the menu and that what I ordered was not on drought after I asked the server to specify what I could order on drought. After the first interaction he was present for the second interaction before walking off visibly upset as I told the manager if this behavior was common practice. He walked off and we were assigned a new server. I was never loud and did not ask for a single thing to be COMPED. We ate and we paid. Oh and two people where served before us even thought we came in before them and one couple had to go to the front to ask for small plates as well. Thank you to the servers who empathize with us because I assume this is not this gentleman's first time for having less the accommodating behavior.

Went to eat crawfish last night at this location for the first time and i will say never again. The roux/ crawfish juice was WATERY. Making the crawfish taste disgusting and rubbery. Cant explain it but it wasnt tasting like great cooked crawfish to me. I was only able to eat probably 1/2 a pound of the 5pounds. My stomach immediately started hurting Nd i just basically wasted money. Honestly if i do come back i WONT order crawfish again. My waitress was great though he made the experience better but as far as the seafood it wasn't a pleasant experience. Then got the nerve to charge 5 for $40 and gave us small crawfish and very few big ones. I have been to other places with bigger and better deals. I honestly feel like the pearland and montrose location is the best bbs locations in houston.

I really want to leave zero stars, The waitress and manager was friendly but the quality of the food was terrible so was the Long Island Ice Tea. I ordered the Punchatrang platter forgot the correct spelling. The fish and shrimp and crawfish tails tasted like it was cooked in old grease and the fish wasn’t freshly cooked. My son had etouffee with the red fish. The gravy was a light brown no flavor at all. Someone needs to visit this place and conduct an inspection of the food and the grease containers to make sure the grease is properly disposed and not used over and over again. I am showing you also the amount of ice put in my drink. More ice than liquor. Thanks
Walking in the this place for the 1st time most definitely not going back unless the customer service gets better don't know the young lady name but she is very talk she came off like she just really didn't want to be there. Food was ok my friend food was bad she had spoiled fried shrimp she told the young lady about it n she got the plate n took it to the back never asked if she wanted anything different no Manger came out no apologies no nothing. It's really sad that customer service isn't customer service anymore when working with the public. Especially if you want people to come back.. Good customer service n Good food will make people come back. 😒

I was really disappointed with the fried turkeys I ordered for thanksgiving. For $175 for two, I expected something flavorful and juicy, but they were incredibly dry and lacked any seasoning or flavor. It felt like no effort was put into making them taste good, and they definitely weren’t worth the price. I won’t be ordering from here again.
