It has to do with location. I've been at another BB's location which was really good, but this one wasn't it. Service especially lacked. I came at a time when it was nearly empty, and had to go manage paying my bill myself at the front.

BB’s has always been a great place to eat Cajun food with a Texas twist! The atmosphere is great more geared to the cuisine that inspires it, which makes it an even better experience.

It wasn't too crowded around 5PM on a Saturday. Parking was available behind the restaurant, however if it's busy this won't be available quickly.
The server was very attentive and refilled drinks frequently. I asked if there was some hot sauces available and he promptly got some Tabasco for my rice and beans. The root beer mix was a bit low. I informed the server and he verified I was correct on that and replaced the drink with another soft drink...
