2 of us tried to go to BB's for dinner, no hostess, told us to grab any table. Only one big table with 8 chairs. I felt bad for taking a huge out of service so I quickly pushed them apart. When we sat down and waited for the bussers to clean the table a staff member walked by and asked me to put the table back together because I was making their job too hard because they didnt have enough staff and didn't want that many customers in the restaurant??? What? I told them I wouldn't put the tables back together. Then 2 more staff members came by to tell us we were making their job harder. Ridiculous, we left. Do your lazy waiters run your business and volume? Worst restaurant experience of all time. Too bad there is not a zero rating.

I had an amazing experience at BB’s restaurant! The wait was really long, but let me tell you, the food was absolutely worth the wait. The dishes were bursting with flavor, perfectly cooked, and beautifully presented. The staff was super friendly and attentive, making the whole vibe warm and welcoming. The atmosphere was lively, and you could feel the passion they put into every detail. I’m already looking forward to my next visit—BB’s is a gem!

This place was delicious. I sat at the bar and Tiffany took my order. She was very knowledgeable on ingredients for food tolerances and helpful and kind. I got the Benedict and oysters. Flavorful and delicious this was my first time coming here but definitely won’t be my last 😋

I ate here after a long shift with my partner and had an incredible experience. I was exhausted and hungry after a long shift and was met with great hospitality. Our server, JP, greeted us immediately and our food came out very quickly. I value service above everything but every aspect of my dining experience exceeded my expectations. Try and sit with JP if you visit!

Crawfish was great, however, the shrimp was disgusting, this is the first BB's I been to where shrimp taste like dirty ocean water. I really hope this was a one time thing as I am a fan of BB's and anything Cajun! Maybe because it was for take-out?

Don't get me wrong, I like BB Tex! Though this location is just not the one you need to go to. I always feel like I get poorer service here and the atmosphere is just not as nice. Check out the other locations if you can.

I had a fantastic dining experience at BB’s recently, and I have to give a big shoutout to our waiter, Kjay. From the moment we sat down, Kjay brought great energy to the table — he was not only professional but genuinely funny, which made the whole evening even more enjoyable.
He checked on us regularly without being overbearing, and made sure every part of our meal was perfect. You could tell he really cared about providing great service, and it showed. It’s not every day you get a server who makes you laugh and also stays on top of everything.
The food was excellent, but the service really made the night memorable. If you’re heading to BB’s, definitely ask for Kjay — he’ll take good care of you!
