Food was great but service was definitely lacking. Kandace had no idea what was going on. She forgot to place two orders so our friend's food came super late. Then she blamed it on kitchen but it was obvious she forgot to place the order. I also overheard other tables around us having the same issues. Overall terrible service.

This restaurant takes a long time and even longer when you pick up they tell you in 15 minutes it is ready but when you arrive they tell you another 30 minutes wait for it I didn't like this place

The food was hot and fresh. They had an amazing deal going on with the crawfish. It was 5 pounds for 45 bucks an amazing deal and worth every penny the manager was on top of her game and even provided a complementary appetizer for the wait. I’d go back!
The only good thing I can say about this place is the boudin balls, if you can get them. Everything else is mediocre at best, I've ordered there twice now and they have left out part of the order both times and service is horrible. I will not be offering here again.

The to go sevice here sucks!! All these young kids outside at the front not knowing a dang thing.. got our order's wrong wanting to check our bag's like we were lying.. smh never again. After all of that..Get home still didn't hang the dressing for our salads. Never again. Ordered online. SMH

The table was dirty, and Patrice wiped with her hand... we ordered water with lemon on the side we got our water Patrice came back with the lemon took it out of container with here bare hands n place one on each side of our glass unsanitary ... Needless to say, We walked out was unsatisfied with services.

I do not recommend this place. If you’re craving crawfish, drive to Rajin Cajun on Richmond instead—it’s just a short drive away and definitely worth it. We waited over an hour for 5 pounds of crawfish, and while I understand a busy restaurant, it was frustrating when a table that arrived half an hour after us and less than 10 minutes received their full meal, including crawfish, while we were still waiting. During this time, our waitress was nowhere to be found, and we only received one glass of water. After over an hour and two minutes, I got up to inquire about our order. The waitress seemed surprised, as she had never submitted it. When the meal finally arrived and I spoke to the manager, he offered a $17 discount. While this didn’t address the real issue, it felt dismissive, and the waitress only apologized after I brought it up. Overall, it was an extremely disappointing experience.

If you are ordering to go please check your order before you leave I paid so much for all my extras in my crawfish bag didn’t get what I paid for they don’t add all the extra things you pay for when you order.
So disappointed for the 1st time….we are regulars at this location but this is the first time this season eating here. We had crawfish, corn, potatoes and 1/2 pound of shrimp. The crawfish was mushy and unseasoned and really small, the corn was raw, potatoes..mushy and the shrimp just taste like boiled shrimp. And the prices are higher. This is the first time where we didn’t eat all of our food or take anything with us..we told them to just dump it.. It’s obvious they’ve made some changes but this is not the same place..yep, won’t be returning. Sooo disappointed!

I had an issue with an online order evening of Feb 8. Called and asked to speak to the manager. Was directed to a girl at the hostess station who was supposedly a manager but she was not interested in helping me resolve the problem and instead told me to hold while I could hear her telling another girl that I was “arguing and arguing and arguing” (I was being very polite). The other girl tells her to “just hang up”. Click, she hung up on me. I called again to try to resolve the order issue and was immediately hung up on again. So I drove there to pick up my order and complain about the unacceptable and rude treatment. The girl at the hostess station was smiling like she thought it was funny. Thankfully someone got the general manager out who immediately resolved the issue and Tony the server was super helpful and apologetic. If I ever go back here it will be because of Tony and the general manager. But I hope the girls at the hostess station including the supposed manager learn some customer service etiquette before they turn off more customers.

Update: Sooooo deepyly disappointed that this locations service has gone down so much! Tried going yesterday and the service was beyond awful! No one actually cared and to make matters worse we didn't ask to speak to a manager, we simply paid for the one drink and appetizer we had and the waitress actually put the ticket on the table and just walked off, there are so many things that went wrong yesterday and honestly the attitude of their waitstaff is why I will never go back, I will try another location that's farther for me but not this one!

Worst service ever!! This location needs new management. We arrived before 6:00 pm. Not busy at all. We were a party of 4 plus an 8-month-old baby. We decided to sit out on the patio because it was a nice evening. We ordered our food along with an appetizer and soft drinks. The appetizer and drinks came right away, but then it went downhill from there. We waited for an hour without getting our orders. We then noticed our waitress was also waiting on tables inside the main dining area. Other parties out on the patio were waiting just for a waitress to acknowledge them and get their orders. We eventually went inside to ask where our food was and we were told it would be right out. Another 15 long minutes went by and still no food. We finally went inside and told them that we had to leave and to just box up our food to go. Then we had to wait another 15 minutes for our to-go orders only to find out that they only had half of our orders in the bags. Needless to say, we will not be coming back to this location!!

As we got sat down and waited for 20 mins nobody came by until I had to go ask the mgr because we saw other guest getting faster service that came after us. finally the trainee and server came and introduced themselves and we gave our order. Part of the order came and then we asked about the rest and they forgot so we got them in parts because we had to remind them. Saw our server attending other tables with good service except ours and felt like we were being ignored the whole time. Although the trainee was new and was just learning she tried to give us the best service she could better than the actual server who name is Tony (female). Also saw other staff member being unhygienic like one sticking his fingers in his mouth and serving guest and the other one exiting the restroom and didn’t was her their hands.
