I’ve been to other BBs locations before, but this one was disappointing. We went on a Thursday night, which may be why the service was a little poor because it wasn’t as busy as the weekend service. I ordered a drink with chili on the rim and they didn’t bring me the drink until much later and forgot the chili. I ordered the fried shrimp but they didn’t bring out the coleslaw and they didn’t bring out the hush puppies included with the meal. I also went to the bathroom there and one of the stalls was broken down, and the bathroom was very smelly and not clean.

Terrible service as short staffed and no manager on site.Went after lunch crowd and only 2 waitress on staff 1 cook and didn’t even get to order food. Had a beer which took awhile. Feels like we are here for them not.BBS is good depends on location. Too bad

Update - i heard from management and they are taking care of me. I'm very impressed with the level of customer service I have received.
I've been doing BB Orleans for the last couple of years because I like the pick my boil option, I dont do crab often, so it's nice when I find a good place. This time around, it was very disappointing. When I ordered my food, I had to ask for pricing on most of the crab options. When told the king crab pricing, I heard 15.99/leg. I ordered 3 snow crab clusters at 16.99 each, half pound of shrimp for 12.99, and decided to add the king crab leg. The server was attentive and, for the most part, I had a good meal. The crab was overcooked, but not enough for me to want to send it back. When it came time to pay, I was shocked to see the 1 king crab leg wasn't 15.99. It was 69.99. There was some confusion because my husband heard 15.99. My friend heard 59.99, and the server said he said 64.99 and was surprised at the 69.99 price. There was no offer to adjust the price, plus the suggested tip was another 30$. I paid my bill and was really upset. I haven't left a business feeling like the meal wasn't worth the price in a long time. I dont feel like I'll come back again.

Update: my usual is boiled shrimp or fried shrimp and string fried (my fave). But I recently realized they serve king crab! So I opted to dine in and try. Wasn't crazy about the $69 cost (bc when shell shack was open in htx in the heights king crab cluster was $70)...and bbs I only got one leg🫠 But I must say it was tasty (w/the melted butter) and the potatoes were good too! Really wished this location had my fave ABITA root beer too🤨 but they had fountain root beer so all in all i was satisfied!

Saw this place, so stopped by to order takeout. Atmosphere is colorful and decorated! Bar is great. Customer service was fabulous. The food was lacking. I ordered Shrimp Gumbo. The roux was not good. Very spicy, mouth burned for 10 minutes. Boudin balls-I think you get 6 or 7. They are huge, they look gorgeous--The taste is lacking. Was a bit disappointed. Maybe I need to find out what their specialty is.
Failed to deliver 5 pounds of crawfish because their system is broken as is their customer service. Was promised that management would try to make it right and of course, since their management is also poorly led, they just blew us off. Don’t go here. It’s not the same BB’s from original locations 20 years ago. They couldn’t care less and they can’t even function on a basic level like misplacing a 5 pound bag of crawfish.
