The employers here a not great people they do not put care into coffee and do not care about what is given to their customers they do not sanitize there dish or utensils properly. They reuse cups like washing them in the dish and sending it back for sell, they selling products with frost bite is why the food is always cold. I know I sound like an angry employee but I very relieved because the lady who runs the place is not good spirited at all and will sell food that will make people sick just to make a buck. BE CAREFUL BE CAREFUL ! BE AWARE OF THIS PLACE!

Went to grab coffee and a couple sandwiches for my wife and I, I got the grilled cheese turkey and my wife got the turkey sausage biscuit, her sandwich was frozen in the middle still and mine was completely cold and the cheese wasn’t even melted. To serve someone such cold stuff that you can’t even eat is complete ignorance and to think I found a alternative to Starbucks close by my house was very disappointing!

Really good but it’s always a minimum of a 15m wait in the drive thru, even if you’re the only car. Love the workers, food, and coffee but the waitttttttt is terrible. Please get more staff!

My Fiancé and I tried this coffee takeout place. I was really got a med Oreo & a large Oreo coffee for just about 10$. The staff was amazing. Was greeted immediately when entered. Definitely will come back. Also wanted to have a chance to get the 40% cuz I want to a few other coffees

Google found this coffee place when I searched for coffee shops. It’s not so much a coffee shop, more a coffee take-away with one small table next to the counter where they serve your order. It wasn’t what I was looking for as I wanted to sit in a comfortable chair and read my book, but since I was here I decided to stay and write my review while sitting on a not very comfortable high chair in their foyer next to the serving counter. It’s Googles fault I ended up at a coffee take-away with limited seating so I can’t fault them on that and I really had to stay as I don’t eat or drink in any car after an unfortunate incident some time ago which left an indelible stain on the door and seat of my car. The coffee here was excellent. I had a caramel latte hot, it had just the right amount of caramel flavoring to sweeten without hiding the coffee. And it was reasonably priced at $5.15. So despite Googles mistake Beans Up get five stars since they delivered exactly what I ordered, a delicious cup of coffee.
