Amazing food and service!!! Started with escargot, baked oysters, shrimp cocktail and crab cakes - then the branzino, duck and scallops (prob one of the best duck I’ve ever had) - great cocktails, wine and crepe suzette - fantastic birthday evening!!!
Service was on point and attentive but not rushed

We walked in for lunch today. Admittedly, we were dressed a bit more casual, and we had our baby with us. The restaurant was empty other than one other table. The host (a heavier set man with a beard) was rude to us when walked in. He was again rude to us when seating us, and we decided to leave without ordering. We drove down the street to Gatlins, where we had a great BBQ and great service.

Very solid experience. Came here with some coworkers for lunch and was expecting a slightly different menu but everything was great nonetheless from the wait staff to the aperitif. Highly recommend the bread plate and crab cakes. The ribeye was also perfectly cooked. We'll be back again for sure

Run ! Walk ! Drive ! It doesn’t matter how you arrive , just get yourself to this fabulous eatery. Yesterday , I had a friend visiting from out of town . On a whim , we drove by and entered . The restaurant was not officially opened for business ( due to our lack of inattention ) and we were greeted and told to please come in and enjoy. Edgar our bartender took great care of us. Each person who took the time to make our visit special even though they were not yet open . We enjoyed the oysters and the hot sauces were superb . I will be back soon. It was so refreshing to receive such hospitality and customer service that went above and beyond. It’s so nice to know this gem 💎 exists and that it was found by happenstance. Notable mention: they have a parking lot which is a huge plus!

This place is absolutely amazing and perfect location in the heights! Service top notch—very attentive staff and the owners are the best! I love steak and fairly picky about how I like mine prepared , and their filet was one of the best steaks I’ve eaten in my life! This is definitely one of Houston’s *must visit* restaurants

We live nearby and were so excited to try BeauSoilel after hearing raving reviews! I’ll start off my review with the food itself. We ordered the escargot, oysters, oyster pasta, and rack of lamb. These were all exquisite. I especially loved the oysters and escargot!

Now, when it came to the service, it started off rocky. The server was new and didn’t know anything about the menu. When it came time for the drinks, it took 45 minutes for the first round of drinks to come out. Multiple drink orders were incorrect. When we informed the waiter and asked for the right drink (French 75) the waiter fought with us and was adamant that it was correct. He finally took a sip of it to confirm that it was in fact the wrong drink and agreed to correct it. He could have just fixed the order without all the back and forth.

Now let’s talk about the vibe. I loved the shaded patio area, it was so cute. We ate dinner around 7 PM on a Friday and the vibes were great. However, evenings in October in Houston can be hot and muggy at times. There was only one large overhead fan that did not produce much airflow and cooling. I asked the staff to move one of the tall fans near the bathroom to our table outside as we were all sweating. Thankfully he was happy to move it and this made a huge difference! When you spend $700 for a nice meal you want to enjoy it in a comfortable climate.

I think with some additional outdoor fans and friendlier/well trained staff, this place will be a Houston favorite! Lots of potential and we will be back!

Absolutely phenomenal, hands down one of the best restaurants in Houston. Every detail is perfection. The service is impeccable, the ambiance is beautiful, and the food is nothing short of divine. Truly deserving of a Michelin star in my opinion. A dining experience that exceeds every expectation.

I love oysters! Everywhere I go, if there are oysters on the menu, I will always order! I had to place multiple orders of the baked Oysters because I could not get enough! The best oysters in Houston! Must have!!

I had an unforgettable dinner here. Everything about the restaurant is beautiful and elegant, and the staff is friendly, attentive and very approachable. I didn’t get their names except for Jeremiah who was great to chat with; I thank every one of them for a great experience. The bread service is an absolute must; DO NOT MISS IT. Their “Butter of the Gods” is so rich. I wanted to order another. The seared foie gras is as delicious as you would expect. And the branzino with the lemon butter sauce is perfectly prepared, elegantly presented and also of course delicious. I’m planning on the baked oysters and wagyu ribeye for the next time.

This is one of the most exceptional restaurants I have had the pleasure dining in Houston.

I had an anniversary dinner Friday night, we had a reservation for 9:30 and we were running a bit late so I was worried the kitchen would be closed since the kitchen would be close at 10pm. Despite being 10 minutes late, the service and kitchen staff was phenomenal. I don’t think I have anything bad to say about Beausoleil, truly I wish we had known about this sooner.

We ordered the bread service and snow crab claw special for appetizer, and we also received baked oysters as complement from the restaurant. That snow crab claw special was divine, the lobster bisque sauce was amazing and I hope at some point they could consider making it a permanent menu item! Bread was well toasted and seasoned, the bone marrow butter was so savory and hit the right fatty and salty notes. Oysters were also very delicious.

For main entrees, we got the duck breast and rack of lamb. The lamb was great, but the DUCK was truly the best part of our meal in my opinion. I have never tried duck like this in Houston, this was cooked so perfectly medium and the sauces and sides paired so well. It truly took me back to France.

We also got dessert, but unfortunately we did not get pictures, they were also to die for. We ordered the Crepe Suzette, and we also got a chocolate mousse as another complement from the restaurant. These were the perfect amount of sweetness without feeling bad. I would guarantee recommend anyone to get these two desserts.

Honestly, the restaurant staff and kitchen staff made our first dining experience at Beausoleil, a memorable one. We’re very grateful to our scottish server, whom we have forgotten your name, and the entire kitchen and bar staff for being so hospitable.

May y’all continue to be more successful in the coming years! Very happy to have another gem in the Houston food scene.
