I’m a longtime customer of this chain and the food has always been very good. However, on today when picking up an order, I noticed the severity of neglect and the cleanliness of the facilities which absolutely was disgusting and I hate to say it, but it’s going to be the nail in the coffin for me at this location. I will frequent another and see if it looks similar if it does then that’s so long for the entire organization.. These pictures clearly show how shortcut measures are taken, and I don’t know how this is gotten past the health dept. i’ve added a photo of what another restaurant does nightly.

This has been my favourite burger place since I was a kid. The food is excellent, with great fries made with real potato. I am always a sucker for the chocolate shake and highly recommend a traditional cheese burger or their chicken sandwich. Will always come back when I'm in the area.

Always consistently great! The ribeye sandwich was absolutely delicious perfectly cooked, juicy, and full of flavor. Love their wonderful garden in the back, such a perfect spot to relax and enjoy a meal. Definitely recommend. Must try this, and i am surprised that this location is not well known.

Prices are higher than most other similar fast food joints, but portions seemed huge. I had a 16oz shake and it was way too much as one serving based on how heavy it was and how many calories I imagine it had. However, I can see the appeal of eating here in certain scenarios.
