Almost overly solicitous service in some ways, but what a spoiled brat thing to complain about when the exact opposite is true in so many places nowadays. Their food is always delicious. This location was VERY concerned about safety and cleanliness during the worst of the pandemic and I appreciated that greatly. I actually live way too far to go to this location regularly now, but I will because of aforementioned.

Order food from here last night for dinner. Got it and not only was the order wrong and cold, but my tenderloin sandwich was severely undercooked and was steak tartare which I did not finish. Today I have bubbly guts like no body's business and can't seem to get off the toilet for more than an hour. So I will not be back to this location.

Great spot! We had a terrific burger and a salad. It was our first visit to the Heights location. The staff was friendly and the service was great. We'll definitely go again.

Burger was great. I'm not from the area so maybe it is priced for this area but it seemed pretty expensive. Staff was professional and very helpful. They gave us new cups for refills and were very clean.

Their burgers are great - Bill's Burger. And they have a kids meal that is just the right amount of food (for even an adult).The staff are super friendly. Normally do curbside and the service is prompt.And their prime sauce is so addictive. Like you will dream about it ?

My hubby and I had talked about stopping at the Heights Becks Prime for the longest time. We finally did over the weekend. The burgers were absolutely delicious! Definitely coming back.

There was nothing wrong with my experience. The place was clean, The service was pleasureable and amazing! Unfortunately the food is what most people come for. The burger doesn't make my Top 10. The burger was not juicy at all, the meat was flavorless, And the Meat was still pink even though it asked to be Well done. I'm sorry, I wanted to come back to say I enjoy the burger but it was not good at all. Unfortunately I can understand why people weren't at the restaurant when I visited. No one want to spend almost 20 dollars (Price of Fuddrucker, Five Guys, Local Burger shops) and Not receive the quality they paid for.In summary, Nailed everything but the main nail they missed to even make a mark.

We've been wanting to try Beck's for burgers for a long time as I'd heard they were really good. This location in the Heights is nice, easy to get to, and the staff were ALL so nice, helpful, and customer service was top notch and deserves the 5 stars. I'd come back because of that alone, nothing better than great service except of course great food too. We shared a cheeseburger, Cobb salad, and truffle fries (and they were so kind to split the portions without even asking after they heard us talking about sharing). The Cobb salad was delicious and everything so fresh and the salad is loaded with the crispiest yummiest bacon and loads of avocado and blue cheese crumbles - DELISH. The burger was fresh, delicious, and cooked perfectly per our request but I'd add some extra veggies next time. The truffle fries were not my fave just a little too salty for us but they were also fresh and a huge portion for sharing. I'll try the sweet potato fries next time but again that's just personal preference on salt for us. They have a great little patio to eat outdoors. We will definitely be back.

Staff is extremely nice and helpful, Chris helped me assemble a burger he thought I'd like, and I loved it. Absolutely wonderful food and very customizable. The fries are extremely good, especially the truffle fries! Thanks to Chris and Patrick for their great service!! Will absolutely go here again should I find myself nearby

Very welcoming staff best burger I've had in awhile haven't seen sweet potatoe fries in awhile and boy were they good fairly quick service and very nice staff good lighting and atmosphere definitely coming here again
