Was going to try this place due to the good reviews and because of the drive thru. Get to the drive thru as the only car, order taken, pull up to the window and… crickets. Waited a good 10 minutes and no one ever came to the window at all. Not for payment or a “we’ll be right with you” nothing! So I left, and so did the person behind me.

Tasty food and it is quite nice looking out at the golf course. It has a bit of an "athletic" smell, probably because of all the golfers and runners who come in, but still a good place to go.

Asked for medium well and got well done. The bun straight out of the bag is too thick and dense. Parmesan truffle fries only had parmesan-no truffle, no salt and no pepper.

Chris was our server and gave great service with smile. The food was on point and my burger tasted exactly like i wanted it to. First time there and I'll definitely be going back

I go for the truffle hand cut fries and cookies and cream shake! I have every intention to take pictures but I seem to inhale everything down before I can take pictures.
This is one of the few places, that I have eaten at, with hand cut fries. The taste is different. The truffle fries…OMG!!!! I will add pictures next time but a picture would do those truffle fries no justice.

Vegetarian options: The Ahí Tuna sandwich is pretty good with the sweet potato fries. I prefer the truffle fries.

Dietary restrictions: I do not eat beef or pork. I eat chicken sparingly unless it is here.

Parking: The location off of Westheimer in Houston, the parking is tricky but available. The location in Meyerland is plentiful. This location is in a mall but outside of the mall.

Wheelchair accessibility: The two locations we went to had access for wheelchairs.

Went here for lunch and OMG they are soooo good. I mean my burger was well seasoned and my fries was hot and delicious. They never disappoint. I definitely recommend this place

First and last time visiting this place, the pattie was raw, and the fries were salty. My daughter ordered a milkshake, but it looks like an ice cream. $70 bucks are not worth it

i CANNOT believe what happened last night. This manager lady whom ive never seen before comes to my table after selling me a beer and SNATCHES it off the table DEMANDING that i show her my ID again all of which is happening in front of my girlfriend. How embarrassing and unprofessional. And then she didnt want to let go of my ID after she realized I was 21, such weird behavior from this manager lady. Things were better when the older white man was managing this place. Guess its all going down hill now. Anyways, I know youll see my 1 star review. Already reported you to corporate. I dont think the staff you "manage" likes you much either. Might want to find a different profession.
