I was deeply disappointed by my experience at Prime Hamburgers. During my visit, I witnessed behavior that was overtly racist from some of the staff, which made the atmosphere uncomfortable and unsettling. It's disheartening to see such discrimination in a public space, especially in a community that should be welcoming to all. I won't be returning to a place where racism is tolerated, and I hope the management takes immediate steps to address this serious issue.

I stopped by Becks Prime to pick up a DoorDash order that wasn’t ready on time. I had my son in the car, the car was still running, and I parked in a handicap spot temporarily since I was just grabbing the order. One of the cooks—a tall Black man who came out from the back—approached me and was extremely rude. I tried to explain why I was parked there and that I would move as soon as I grabbed the order, but he kept talking over me and telling me I “shouldn’t be parked there anyway without a sticker.”
I understand the rules, but there’s a respectful way to speak to customers. His attitude and tone were completely uncalled for, especially considering the order wasn’t even ready on time. This experience was unprofessional and made the whole visit frustrating and uncomfortable.

With prices of food so high, I feel like they tripple checked the to-go orders to make sure everything was perfect. I got home and NOTHING was missing, and everything was delicious. Thank you.
The food was great as usual BUT,,,,it seems that the hamburger meat paddy has gotten smaller for the same price if not more. I got the bacon, cheddar hamburger. I've gotten that dish, everytime I go to Becks. BUT, the food portions seem smaller for the price, compared to what I have always experienced. The French fries basket seems like it has been shrinking......besides that. It's been my favorite place to eat for over 20 years....but this shrinkflation thing is keeping me from going back.

One of my favorite after-work eats! The staff are super nice and the atmosphere is chill. When the weather is nice, it's a great place to eat outside because they have a tree-shaded patio. If you're not into heavier food, there are a lot of healthier options to choose from. If you want to order to-go, their online pick up is super easy and fast.

Becks is always great, the burgers the chicken, are just terrific. I have been to many locations around Houston and never been disappointed. Staff is friendly, service is good. Becks is a little on the high side but so worth it. Just really good food.
