Unfortunately disappointed! The lady Keila I guess, she got our orders and I ordered fish tacos but she didn’t ask what kind of tortillas we wanted! And orders arrived unfortunately that was corn tortillas and I couldn’t even eat my tacos!! I wish she was asking me before you guys have flavor tortillas as well!! Disappointed!! I don’t think we will come back again!

I order a salad to go wait for more than 30 minutes. I talked to thecashier said is coming. Keep waiting. The manager came apologized refund my money because there was a confusion in the kitchen. Wait 15-20 more minutes. I stayed closed to the cashier so she could see. They brought a lot of food to people that came after me. They never made eye contact. Inever received the food. The manager dissapear , so I went to the cashier she said iscoming, I told her Idont need it. No one cared. Terrible place.

Great options for everybody, even for those that don't usually choose healthy options! The food is always seasoned well. I've brought several guests to Bella Green, and none of my guests have ever been disappointed by the food or service!

I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant for the first time, and I cannot recommend it highly enough! From the moment we stepped in, we were enveloped in a warm and inviting atmosphere that set the stage for a remarkable experience. The food was absolutely delightful, bursting with flavor and creativity. It’s next to an outdoor turf area perfect for kids to run, play, and burn up their energy.
A special shout-out to Brianna and the incredible team of ladies who went above and beyond to ensure our experience was unforgettable. Their attentiveness and genuine warmth truly elevated our visit. Because of their hard work, our family enjoyed a perfect afternoon filled with laughter and delicious cuisine.

So the food is good but the costumer service is not . When ever I ordered the food the guy taking the orders put fries in my plate instead of sweet potatoes I left it like that ate the fries. We spent about 2 hours and a half here . 30 mins before we left I placed an order to go and the cooker was making fun of me with another coworker in Spanish that why did I order 30 mins before . I left it like didn’t say anything but when ever I was heading out I went to get the food and they did not even make it . I told the person at the cashier/takes order the order the entire situation and of how they were saying bad things in Spanish about me and how I had place the order about 30 mins ago to go and they had done nothing and that is not professional and she did not even apologize she just looked at me like I was crazy and only said the food will be ready then it took them another 10 mins . Also I went to the restroom and it seemed like they have 2 doors 1 for the stalls and the other one to enter the restrooms the main one to enter the restrooms is left open so if you are washing your hands after you are done using the restroom and trying to look in the mirror people seating from outside will see what you are doing and the restroom had water on the floor. Not very clean . So if you want to go and go throw this that’s fine but in my case I wouldn’t go tho this location.

Ordered the (A) burger medium rare, but it was overcooked and dried out. Came with a large serving of sweet potato fries, and they were also overcooked. Felt like a fast food restaurant. If they had taken a little more care in preparing the food I think it would have been a good meal.
Kid-friendliness: The city centre location has a nice green space for kids to play on while you sit outside.
