Hello and thank you for caring about your customers' feedback, we found during our visit that the ice creams were not very fresh (a bit "stale" taste) and that the saleswoman was not very welcoming.

What I ordered - 10/10
I did have a tiny problem. Who I assume is a new hire gave us a total of 35 with change. Tried paying cash, but I guess there wasn't enough to give us change. So when the new hire asked his co-worker for help, our new total was close to 50. It was a small inconvenience but a simple mistake. I'm sure we've been there before. I'd definitely recommend this Ben and Jerry's.

I enjoy bringing my kids here for a sweet treat. The cookies are so fresh and the ice cream is like none other. It’s always so inviting and pleasant when we visit. The Employee (Mya) was extremely helpful in helping us decide
