Unfortunately Benihana went from one of my best restaurant experience to one of the worst. My previous experience was in Vegas. The ambiance of this restaurant was very poor compared to Vegas. No decorations, crowded cafeteria feel. The food was one of the worst hibachi meals I've had anywhere. They put what tastes like Chinese five spice in the Yakisoba which completely ruined it. The spicy tuna roll wasn't spicy at all, instead it tasted fishy and not fresh. The chef Doan was excellent with the entertainment and the waitress was good. The price was very high with a lot of nickle and diming. For example you had to pay an extra $7.50 for the hibachi rice that comes with the meal everywhere else. This is after paying $41.00 for the steak hibachi meal. I'm not very likely to ever visit another Benihana after this experience, which makes me very sad.
Wow! Great hard working staff! Manager, Waitress, Chef. On 12/09/25 My family and I attended a dinner celebrating my birthday and the service we received was truly amazing by everyone:) Will definitely return to this restaurant again.

This was a great experience and very professional. The manager Sabien was excellent always checking to see if we are enjoying our experience and constantly making us laugh and feel good. The food was delicious and the overall experience was 5 star. I recommend this location for a great date night experience!!!!

I ordered the $39 5-course menu, but the appetizers came out after the main course, and the service was extremely slow. The staff were all unfriendly, and the food was completely tasteless. It was the worst restaurant experience I've ever paid for. I felt like I wasted my money. The fried rice was too soggy, and the meat was very tough.

Won’t be back to this location. All we ordered was sushi roll in the bar. The African American gentleman we saw making them couldn’t be bothered to even cut the California rolls into even parts. Some were too huge to eat and some super small. Embarrasing that he would even send that out. Also too much rice and the avocado was hard as nails and not ripe. You can tell when you cut an avacado if it fees like a carrot don’t serve it !!!Unreal. He could single handedly put this place out of business.
The food and service were a cut above my typically high expectations. Our chief was Alejandro, and he was just about the best with all the crazy presentation skills one would expect, and the taste was top notch as well. Definitely a top-of-class hibachi chef. Our server, Jerry, was also on top of all the details of the meal.

It's been years since I've visited Benihana and it may now be a few more. Establishment - old. Bathrooms - need updating, hibachi show - uneventful, food was overpriced, everything extra. Fried rice - extra, garlic butter - extra.. I've not been to a hibachi where the fried rice wasn't included.. you only get steamed rice. Everything was way overpriced. The show was a few clanks of the spatula at the beginning and then the volcano made of onions.. no eggs in the hat.. no catch the rice in your mouth.. no singing.. just cooked the food. Over $200 for 2 adult beverages, 2 adult hibachi and 1 kid. Wasn't worth it.

Not as good as usual. Our waiter did not do the normal cute things while cooking and unfortunately I could not understand a word he said. I paid a bill I never saw and it was $200! To top it off, the food wasnt as good as usual. I had to wait for salt and pepper so I could eat it. DIsappointed to say the least.
Ramon, the manager, was very kind. Hector, our chef, was mega talented. Overall, a very nice experience
