Great food but the guy in the front is an a hole. He rushes you and doesn’t even put any of the stuff you want properly. And this was after I waited 10 minutes for 1 customer to get their bowl. Terrible service but decent food.

Service was good when ordering and when checking out. I took the food as take out and my only complaint is that the platter of their cilantro rice was undercooked and the grains were still hard.
The riced looked cooked in the platter when served, but biting into it revealed the issue.
For bowls and burritos this is a big issue imo as expecting soft pillowy rice and instead getting the hardness and texture of wild rice is nothing but unexpected.
PLEASE accentuate to your employees the importance of well cooked rice.

I see why this place is always empty, the white lady serving me acted like I was a problem since she had to get up since I walked in, I told her what I wanted which was a chicken quesadilla that didn't come with any condiments so I asked for sour cream and cchips queso. I will not tell you the price for it because I am ashamed that I paid for it. If I was not getting it for my daughter I would have told her I canceled my order. I will never recommend or return to this place. Never!!!!

I had to give it four stars unfortunately the girl I dealt with Purple hair was very rude thankfully, I am regular here and always look out for the manager Rachel she is always very kind and I love coming in Seeing her she does know my order pretty well at this point But one of the things I love about seeing some of the same people each time I come in.

My date and I just picked this place as it was walkable from where we were. I was so happy with it! The service was AWESOME and the food was really good too. I was so pleased!

The food is always fresh. This is my favorite spot to go when I don’t feel like cooking and I want to have a healthier option for dinner. The staff is very patient and they do not rush you when looking over the menu and they are very helpful and always provide recommendations!

Food was not good, burrito was cold and the big guy at the resister had an attitude because i wanted my burrito on the grill to heat it up. he couldn’t even focus on ringing me up and getting my chips and queso cause he was staring at the girl on the grill! it’s $20 for a cold burrito, watery queso and stale chips and bad tasting lemonade. NEVER WILL I GO AGAIN! i will stick to freebirds

I always have a good experience with the service here I come here often with my family and the girls on the line always remember me Mondays and Tuesdays are my favorite days time come

Food is good it's the old mission burrito here years ago just rebranded yet service is not there .Not sure if lady is manager or not but she always has a bad attitude. Older Caucasian lady had an occurrence first time visiting where she asks my wife for salsa type we tell her medium which they are clearly listed on window and responded in bothered tone well we don't have medium we tell her the name of salsa listed next to medium as she's responded well that's mild whatever the case may be learn your job to know what you serve . Second try at this place tried to use reward and said no nothing on there showed her phone and agreed forcefully as I was a bother and mention those won't show up as she handed back ticket of account with reward clearly printed. If you don't like your job then leave do not make customers experience horrible due to your unhappiness.

Ordered through Doordash and was missing many items including a child's meal. The chips were old and tasted like oil, Not good! The menu looks great, got missed items money back, but overall disappointing.

Got a massive burrito for under 10$, definitely worth it in today’s economy.

This place is good, especially if you are really hungry. The burritos are big and flavorful. To start, they have different tortilla options. They also have tacos, nachos, and salads as options.

For a little dessert, they have big cookies. Oh, also, their horchata is pretty good.

This location is awesome the staff is always friendly! The girls line/cashier were extremely kind and the cashier took the time to tell me about the weekly specials they have. I will definetly be back

The place was empty. They charged me and extra $1.99 for the cauliflower Rice BUT the lady behind the counter DID not explained that to me. The food was ok Nothing great. I still believe Chipotle offers a better deal. This location will have to close soon.
