Absolutely beautiful ambience but the service left little to be desired. The hostess was less than friendly and hardly wanted to seat us. It took the waitress 15 minutes to approach our table. She was curt and uninviting. She said her name was Ella or Ellie, who could remember with how infrequently she came by our table which was one time. My daughter asked to have her cocktail made with vodka instead of tequila and the waitress was not budging on that. Over priced but wonderful pictures.

As a relative to the owner Christopher I am extremely disappointed in the way I was treated here it was a very packed Saturday night and I noticed a man touching on my back which was very inappropriate as I am a straight man I then asked why he was feeling up on me and he begins shouting and putting his hand in my face he was obviously very intoxicated I don't know if I will come back to this place as the manager kicked me out instead of the guy in my opinion she should be fired.

There's literally no parking. We parked across the street and were run off by the valet, who crossed the street to try to intimidate us with his small man complex attitude and his little flashlight, clearly running a racket. What kind of venue doesn't allow you to park there? There's too many options for them to have this ridiculous policy. Skip this place and go to Incanto or I Know the Owner and give them your "best regards," instead.

Best Regards is a bar in the Heights desperately trying to be a club… and failing.
The drinks are a disaster, mixed by bartenders more focused on chatting with their friends than serving paying customers. The DJs bring solid energy, but all their talent is wasted on a cheap, tinny sound system that makes your ears beg for mercy.
This place screams ‘budget’ at every corner. If you care about quality drinks, good service, or decent sound, do yourself a favor—spend your money elsewhere.

Cute and quaint, music very cool. Atmosphere very vibey. Dress up and fit right in. Drinks 10/10 generous, boards are more than enough and unique! Would go again for sure!
Parking: Valet is quick!

By far the best place for cocktails for people in their 20-40’s. Atmosphere is perfect and drinks are wonderful. Valet is not forced, but very convenient at $20. Drinks are around $18, but that seems to be the new standard everywhere. Definitely my go to spot in Houston.

Daniel is the best! He was so good about bringing us the cooling fan when we wanted to be outside. The entire staff was incredible but Daniel and Ari really went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience.

Made us wait in line in the heat. People kept pouring out, but they did not let us in. We were two guys and two girls. They kept letting in guys they were friends with. We waited for 25 minutes, only because we had friends there.
After that, we ordered and paid for $90 worth of drinks. They took the money and kept making drinks for their favorites first. They put ours on the back burner, and completed one and let it get watered down while they made the drinks of their favorites again. That also did not allow us to sit at a table, as it had a $100 minimum that our previously mentioned drinks did not count towards. They also had my friend remove his cap, but did not enforce it to another guy they knew.
This place seems like a lot of middle aged men who are balding frequent it. Not ideal. Overall 0/10 experience, or 0/1 on the binary scale. Will never come back.
Oh yeah, this place is an off brand Clarkwood. Their music is below mid, the crowd is below mid, the drinks are below mid, and the whole place is not it.
This bar is desperately trying to be something it isn’t. Trying to create the illusion of exclusivity by creating long lines that lead to an empty bar. Order at the bar, attempt to sit down at a table and were informed there is a $100 minimum to sit (over priced drinks ordered at the bar don’t count). If you’re looking for what this bar wants to be, I recommend going to Clarkwood instead, you’ll have a better time.

Came here with my group of friends because we heard it was a nice chill spot, heard great things about it. Me, my brother, his friend and my sister in law walked in without getting ID’d, however, my friend who arrived after us was not let in because the bouncer claimed his ID was “fake”. He’s been having that ID for 2 years and has never had any issue getting in anywhere else we’ve been before and he uses it daily. I felt he was being racially profiled because, out of all of us, he was denied entry ASIDE from getting his ID checked when we did not. An officer later pulled up on us, im assuming because of them, they checked my friend’s ID, scanned it and said it was good on their side. Also, my brother and SIL are visiting from New York and the experience we had was truly embarrassing for them to witness. Sadly, I will not be returning here, I expected better from this place.

THIS PLACE SUCKS SO BAD, they racially profiled my friend after me and my friend group were able to go in because his ID recently renewed Texas drivers license looked “fake” they pick and choose who they wanna let in and the doorman was cussing out me and my friends, AN EMPLOYEE OF BEST REGARDS was cussing me and my friends out and the manager was drunk and coked out not helping the situation at all, we will never come here and hope everyone in Houston never comes here, this place will suffer and will never recover from this, Houstonians please listen to me, I have been living in Houston my whole life and hope justice is served. Please listen to my review.
