Best Regards is kind of the infusion of a bougie bar you'll see on Washington or Midtown with a more laid back Heights area vibe. It's an interesting concept...could a fancy place with fancy decor of flowers, fancy couches, and expensive craft drinks actually be welcoming and enjoyable without the snobbery? On the night I went (St. Patrick's day), everybody was pretty awesome. The door guy was polite and welcoming and the bartenders were great as well. Of course, a place like this has to have signature craft cocktails. One thing that I was impressed with is the variety of espresso drinks they make. On the night I was there they had Irish Coffee which I don't think is a regular item but they should consider having it around all the time because it was great! my friends seemed to like their Low Hanging Fruit and by looks alone that was a work of art and worth the price. Speaking of prices, they are on the higher ($16) end but that's expected and the norm for craft and they have happy hour specials and the night we were there, great St. Patrick's day specials. FYI, the prices they list don't include sales tax and it's added later. I had never seen that at a bar so just be forewarned. I was able to find parking because it was a Sunday night but I'm guessing on Saturdays that's more of a challenge and the whole vibe of the place may change as well. Personally, I like going to these types of places on the off night to avoid the big crowds and waiting too long for drinks.

First timer there on a Sunday afternoon (March 10th) to celebrate my bday, I was looking for something low key but with great atmosphere. I got there a little early around 3:30 pm and went straight to the bar. The green eyed bartender girl at the bar seemed snooty and with an attitude when I asked for a drink while I waited for my guests to arrive but luckily this awesome guy named ANGELO saved the experience as he took over right away and gave us a nice spot outside for about 15 guests. He’s so patient, professional and knowledgeable as of what costumer service is. He took care of us and made us feel welcomed and special! Looking forward to try this place out again sometime. This girl at the bar can definitely ruin an experience here at this awesome place! Angelo was awesome!

This place is not a vibe. We came on a Saturday and sat on the patio. It wasn't busy when we got here but understandable it got busy. Throughout the whole night service was not great. We had better luck going to the bar ourselves instead of waiting for a waiter. Also look at your receipts they charge for the weirdest things. I was charged $3 for Fat Ice and extra dollar (on top of my over priced gin and tonic) for Tonic water. I for sure will not be returning to this want to be club. Save your money and go spend it somewhere else.

Modern, clean, sleek, and swanky aesthetic. Heard from a friend this was a female led establishment with all female bartenders. I would say this is a touch of class in the heights. Lounge/club vibes for sure. If you’re looking to impress this place won’t disappoint.Parking: Valet only parking
One of my favorites places in Houston. High end and casual at the same time. The vibes are immaculate and the people are nice. Staff's super friendly and music's great. Only issue is the line for the bathrooms (which are well decorated XD)

Incredibly loud at night and into the early morning to the point of regularly disrupting my sleep from Thursday through Sunday. It’s unbelievable a place like this would open up in a residential area and not consider the noise pollution they are emitting. It makes the community worse than before it opened.
