Heads up if you’re in stilettos you might need a friend to help you navigate the parking lot or else you might find yourself face flat on the ground- it needs some resurfacing 😅

Had the fried pickles that were great, and I am usually not a big fan (they are sometimes slimy). Also, had the cheese and crackers which was a smaller portion than I expected, but good. Finally had the crab cake, served on sweet peas and a white sauce. That did not add to the dish. The crab cake was fine, but could have done with a better accompaniment. Had the Black Walnut Old fashioned which was very good, strong and a larger portion than you get some places.

My bestie took me here for a hangout! I'm still not familiar with a lot of Houston so she's been showing me some gems. This place was lovely! I think its really cool that all the servers check in on all the tables. The drinks, daily specials, and food were all pretty creative and what I ordered was tasty! My only complaint is that one of the servers tried to recruit me into the One Piece brigade 😮💨 She was really nice, but girl, it's never going to happen.

This has been my favorite bar for ages but oh my god the miso butter shrimp are INCREDIBLE. I would come here just for the shrimp, they are that good. Pls never remove them from the menu, I’ll cry.

Went for happy hour this last Friday. The drinks were great. The outside area felt so much relaxing with beautiful people around. Also had a couple of bites: highly recommend the shrimp and meatballs, it was delicious! Would go back there to try more of the menu for sure.

Usually come here all the time after work since I’m a bartender in the area. After a long shift looking a little rough I came to get a drink and was abruptly told by the single female server there at around 11 on a Thursday that the kitchen was closed and that it was just drinks. That was no problem at all, we gladly sat down and was excited to order my drink I usually get. There was a white girl server with tattoos who asked for my ID, again no problem, I’m a bartender myself so I know how it is. She then proceeded to stand there eyeing my ID and laughing at it loud enough for all of us to notice, asks “so this is just you blonde?” And I respond still innocently “yeah!” And she proceeds to continue to laugh condescendingly and say that “that’s hilarious” I was not expecting to be belittled and given mean girl energy Given my anxiety and that I just wanted a drink to better my day, this experience was the last thing I needed. I was having fun coming by and working my way through the drink/food menu, but I no longer feel comfortable doing so. Do better and be aware of how comments and your attitude like that can make a guest feel.

I LOVE this bar, its the perfect blend of neighborhood patio bar and high end cocktail bar. The staff are some of the nicest, sweetest bartenders, servers, kitchen staff and bar backs out there. If you are wanting a fun, chill night (or day) out, better luck tomorrow is the place!

We received poor service tonight compared to everyone else. We saw a couple that arrived after us and got all the good treatment got versus everyone else that came in before and after them. They received water the second they sat down and we had to ask 4x for water for our table. We asked for plates so we could eat and the waitress threw it on the table like it was inconvenient for her. No thanks.
