Went for lunch we ordered as soon as we sat down as it wasn’t our first time and we know lunch can get busy. Well we waited 40 min and noticed others were coming and going and we hadn’t received our food. We asked a young man what was going on, the waitress came to our table and asked what did we order, so we took it as our order was never placed. We asked to speak to the manager the lady that took our order was the manager. We waited another 15-20 mins for our food. Never received an apology or any acknowledgment other then not sure what happened. Do better! As I am a very patient person and it takes a lot to get bothered.

I have had the beef pho a couple of times and the noodles are always overcooked and broth is always greasy , the egg rolls are awesome and the boba is definitely always delicious.

The chicken boom is bland and disgusting. It says the vegetarian egg rolls are an order of 6 via door dash but I only got 4. They were decent, I doubt there's any tofu in them, they seem store bought. I won't return.

After todays incident makes me question the food quality. I placed an order and they gave me the wrong food. I called to inform them about the mistake and I let them know that I was not able to go back due to work. They then informed me that they wanted the food back in order to give me the correct food. Makes me wonder if they just resell the food people give back.

If you love Vietnamese food and aren't rushing down to Bibos, I don't know what you are doing with your lifes children. The Pho & Lemon grass grilled pork are amazing. This place is such a hidden gem! We had the Humpty Dumpty, pho no meat, beef lo mein, and charbroiled pork bahn mi. Everything was delicious and their teas are so good(we had peach green tea and mango green tea with tapioca)

Came here for pho because I heard good things about it before. Should have known after waiting 40+ minutes that the pho would be tasteless. Normally at other places the pho comes out in minutes due to it being cooked in large batches for hours to create a great tasting broth. Not only was the broth tasteless but the beef was like I was chewing gum. The veggies that go in the pho were not fresh and had no smell like they are just sitting in a cooler uncovered. Would not recommend.
