I had a company work event that we needed catering for and decided to try something different for our office. I reached out to Kris and he made the process smooth and simple for me. I had zero clue the best way to order wings for a large group of people but Kris explained their package options and asked me the necessary questions to help meet our specific needs. He put together a great bundle for me at a great value. He went above and beyond by communicating often and making sure I had everything necessary from food to drinks, etc. He also delivered the food to our office. We had a great and smooth experience! Thank you Kris for all your help! We will definitely cater from Big City Wings again!

Exceptional service! Really enjoyed the wings and the wing specials are good too. They have some unique wing flavors you should try. The deep fried sides need a little work. Didn't love the mushrooms, or onion rings but they weren't bad. Maybe you can try adding deep fried cauliflower to your menu, that's hard to find around town. Overall a great experience.

I went on to take my toddlers to eat on Wednesday kids eat free with a purchase of an adult meal. I order one kids chicken tender basket and one kids burger basket. After my toddler ate half of her burger… come to find out it is raw in the middle! The fact that the chef didn’t take the time to cook her food well done pisses me off! Now at 12 in the morning she’s throwing up non stop because of the carelessness in the kitchen. That is a health and food safety issue. I won’t be going back there.

Being from NYC & stationed at Many Army posts. this was the " WORST". Wings skin was NOT cripsy. Waffle fries were SOGGY UNDERCOOKED. Asked for HOT BUFFALO, got mild with a STRONG vinegar taste. if you are going to charge $22, should be better than Wingstop. Wow, i should have went to Wingstop for $ 16. SAD, 10 wings w/ waffle fries. TRASH TRASH TRASH TRASH. OWNER couldn't even pay me to come again. Next time I am going to WINGSTOP. Last note, how the hell do the get Best wings for 2024. 😆 🤣 😂

I went there this past Sunday. I ordered the 50pc wings and waffle. I didn't want a flavor sauce because of the waffle. What I got was 5 over cooked, used, unseasoned, re microwaved party wing pieces. It was utterly disgusting. I was expecting hot, pop open full fried wings, especially for the $18 price tag attached.

We’re regulars here every week, especially for LIT Tuesdays, and it’s always a great time! Bella is hands down the best bartender I’ve had in years. She always remembers our orders, greets us with a smile, and has the sweetest personality. She truly makes my week every time we come in. Highly recommend stopping by — especially when Bella’s behind the bar!

Lily was our server and she never checked on us. The 3 times that she was at the table we needed to get up and track her down. We paid an automatic 20% ($30) large party gratuity for terrible service. You guys need to get rid of the large party gratuity to incentivized these servers to earn their tips
