I’ve been here a few times because it’s super close to the gym I go to. So I come by to eat their salads. They’re salads are amazing… well WERE… apparently they have a new kitchen manager according to the server we had. Because we complained about how our salads were wrong… then complained about the portion being way smaller than what we normally eat here. They picked out what was wrong with the salad..because I still found a pepper in my food….the salad had so much water it had water at the bottom and made the salad watery… there were barely any slices of avocado… just like 1-2 pieces… the salad was way better before… chicken was overly cooked.
Mind you, every time we come here their service is awful, there is never a host and the waiters and waitress are always just talking to each other… The front is EMPTY often…We waited for over 20 minutes for our sever to come back so we can get our check….we went to the front and instead of letting us check out… they told us to sit down while we wait on our server…waited another 10 minutes…
I can deal with terrible service but the food is the major reason I kept coming back. The south western salad was AMAZING…. But not anymore that was the worse food experience I had there…

First time here, won’t be the last. Kids have been here before so wanted a bite before the movies and I was expecting a mediocre type place but the food quality was really top notch. I had a burger which isn’t the obvious choice based on it being a wing place but dang they make a killer burger. Food specials were great, check out their daily specials for great budget friendly options. Daughter had chicken strips and son had wings and can vouch on quality for both of those. Very impressed and a great spot for casual laid back atmosphere. Our server was very attentive.

Big City Wings never disappoints for a quick bite before a movie or comedy show. Food is good, variety of drinks and the staff is nice. They remodeled the bathrooms recently, too.
Came in today for lunch and I have to say I will not be back. They had one poor sever on the floor during lunch time . She eas covering the bar the tables and the front entry.This shows very poor management, she had zero support. Management was visible but not helping.

LGBT Host named Nick behind the counter is a drug addict and actively uses ecstasy and sells it. Uses drugs and comes to work high, clear as day. Very unprofessional. Manager rude and this was bright to her attention but instead she threatened me verbally.
